Not enough staff, food came an hour and a half after we ordered, place just seemed to be in chaos. Busy but not packed so service should be better for the price. Food was just good. Can't recommend here if u are really hungry. Waiting was ridiculous and appeared whole restaurant was the same. Wrong orders and long Delays all round. Thumbs down apart from live music which was great. I have worked in the industry and their is no excuse for not having enough staff on to cope with busy peak times. Again we know the island is slower and we expect this but this was beyond it.
Pizza is nice and thin here. However, I wouldn’t say it’s amazing. It’s average. Good for a southeastasian pizza. Unfortunately, the „feta“ on my pizza turned out to be yellow sandwich cheese. I don’t recommend the salad as it was very, very basic.
Desperately needed a computer for a job application and with no internet cafes/hotels able to let me use their computer, the owner was happy to let me borrow his for 4 hours! Super kind. Pizza was also excellent, reasonably priced and the place had a nice atmosphere.
Place is very nice and staff are very very friendly. I ate here one of the best pizzas i ever eat in cambodia. I liked specially spinach pizza. Cocktails also are very very good. All pizza lovers should visit this restaurant.
It's so good, they have redone the restaurant and you order and pay and then watch the pizza being made until yours arrives. I love pizza with a passion and avoid it in Asia because it can be so disappointing but this was incredible! One of the best Margaritas I've ever had, they have several options of topping and the ingredients are authentic!! We went twice in our 5 days there.
Beautiful restaurant that’s just been re done, they’ve got a great eye for design. Pizza is outstanding, decent prices, very friendly staff and a really lovely area to sit in. Eaten here 4 times and pizza is very consistent, THANK YOU!!! Really can’t believe how good the pizza is considering it’s a small island in Cambodia! Thanks guys x
My lovely wife and I came here for pizza a couple of times during our stay in M'Pai Bay. The pizzas are hand tossed, wood fired and as authentic as you could hope for on a small Cambodian island. There's a list of a dozen of so to choose from, with prices ranging from $7-$10. A little bit pricey, perhaps, but we found one was enough for two to share. I guess it depends on the size of your appetite. The smoked aubergine and chilli pizza was really good - nice crispy base, good tomato sauce, quality toppings... the only let down was the cheese which wasn't quite top notch but given the location it's hard to complain. It's can get quite busy so be prepared for a little wait.
Myself and my girlfriend shared a beautiful Spinach & Feta cheese pizza today from the woodfired pizza oven. It was absolutely beautiful. It was a decent size to share. Nice friendly staff aswell. We would recommend this place.
Our visit was bad from the start. We arrived and sat down, saw the staff and the “owner” just messing around. No one acknowledged us. We went and ordered our food, they didn’t have the drinks that we wanted (not such a big deal). We then waited for our pizzas and whilst waiting I watched the owner smoke his cigarette over the food counter/where the pizzas were being prepared, whilst giving orders to his staff. Actually disgusting. We then got our pizzas and three dogs sat by our table and begged. We asked the waiter if the dogs could be sent away and he said there was nothing he could do. I felt uncomfortable and left without finishing my food. I couldn’t even tell you how the pizza was because i only had one slice. But the service was the worst I have received whilst being on my travels. Very disappointing. …
Annoying service. So many things that went wrong. I ordered two pizza’s, including one zuccini pizza and two coke. She was not sure if they still had enough zuccini for this pizza, so she would ask the kitchen. She would come tell me if it would be ok. I paid, she gave me 5 dollars too much, I gave it back. But she did not ask straight away, first she took another few orders. 15 minutes later we were told that there was enough zuccini for our order, great! 30 minutes later, no coke. So I had to ask to get our drinks. Then she asked me if I had paid already, yes I paid. 1 hour later we still had not received any food and people that ordered way before us did. So I had to figure out what they did wrong. She did not give the note with our order to the kitchen. Then finally we got the pizza’s, first one pizza. When she arrived with the pizza she told us the zuccini pizza was finished and we had to pick something else, ha! 15 minutes later we received the second. The pizza was okay, a bit too much cheese but fine. At least 4 other tables that we saw had problems with their orders. There is a long wait time, 90% of the people sitting in the restaurant don’t have food. Drinks are forgotten or served too late. This place has potential but the owners really need to improve their horrible customer service and figure out a new system.…
