There is a water ski school in Kumudu valley and its near a beautiful river. Beach is also very close to the resort. It has swimming pool. Large area to play. Water ski school is a great thing. You can go around the river and watch birds. Close to nature calm place.

This was our first night in Sri Lanka. We chose this because there is a water ski school in the grounds which is fantastic. Rooms were amazing. Grounds were under construction a little which did not bother us. If we were there for longer tho it might have been more on an issue. A pleasant friendly place though to get...

We spent four days at this Hotel that is located away from the regular tourist areas. The rooms were discreetly laid out as would be expected in a resort type facility. The rooms were reasonably comfortable. The beach was close by and not crowded. The town and other points of interest are accessible by tuk tuks. The staff were friendly...

A very warm welcoming from all the staff was the best for the beginning. The location of the hotel is very good. Each bangalow is separate from other is the second thing I loved. It realy feels that I'm staying in a resort. The food was great. The view is awesome from each angle of the hotel. The two outdoor...

Cabins are very spacious with romantic four-poster beds with mosquito-netting conopies. The beach is a short walk away (turn left when you walk out the main gate). Good food (we mostly tried their Sri Lankan options) + good tea :) Although the place is nice, there is not that much to do, so I would not recommend staying for more...

Nice small resort adjoining to a river(beach is about 250M away from the resort). Nice average rooms with clean bathrooms. They serve Chinese and italian. Buffet menu was available for lunch. Choices were limited but food was okay. Pool was clean. But they allow customers to use the pool without proper swim ware. Sun beds were old. You can try...

We stayed at Kumudu Valley in order to waterski. The hotel is small, about 20 cabins. Good Points; We had a superior cabin which was a large L-shaped room with two double beds, a sofa, chairs, plenty of storage and a large fridge. We had no problems with holes in mosquito nets or in the screening over the top of...
