Yesterday was my second visit and I was slightly disappointed. My first visit was fantastic, my sea bass was superb, as was the salted caramel chocolate tart and my husbands beef was tender. Service very good. Yesterday we were sat on a table which was too small, there were six of us but we were crammed onto a table meant... More

Lovely hotel. Comfy bed. Huge shower. Nice outdoor seating area. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Gluten Free advice sought from chef. Would recommend. All round good egg. Plenty of parking too. Quiet situation.

We went to the Manor for my sisters 21st b'day. We had a great afternoon from start to finish. The owner was a great host and all of his staff were welcoming and efficient. There was also a resident magician who was absolutely fantastic, a really nice touch! The food was delicious and very very good value for money. Overall... More

Visited The Manor hotel on 26th June with friends to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. All I can say is that we had a superb time. The food, the service and the way were treated was by miles better than I have been to in any restaurant in a long time.Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This establishment is making good progress offering good food, very well presented in pleasant surroundings It has recently been refurbished . There is ample parking space although it isn't the easiest place to find. It is a good place for groups too with several rooms of different sizes.

We held our Anniversary party at The Manor and are so glad we did! The venue was perfect and our friends have all said they would consider it for their future parties! The function room and bar area was the right size for our family and friends to meet. The marquee area was brilliant. DJ Kevin Hailes was great and... More

We went on a lovely hot Sunday when bouncy castles were outside this went down great with our son, we could order from their Sunday menu or there was a BBQ on. We went for the Sunday roast which really was lovely. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. Only down side for me that for the price you pay I do think... More

My cousin and I went for dinner at the berwick manor on bank holiday Monday. We were the only one's in the restaurant at first, although i am not sure why, another couple did arrive later on. It was missing some music, however the quietness is literally my only criticism. The food was amazing, i had steak for main and... More

Booked afternoon tea for a birthday. Food was nice & fresh. Teas & coffees were topped up without asking. Definitely lacked atmosphere & didn't seem to be many staff on hand. It was an average afternoon tea, I've had nicer elsewhere

I stayed overnight in a twin bedded room facing the rear of the property. Nice easy to open window but certainly struggled to use the entrance room key (probably the lock needs some attention). With new management/owners maybe they are experiencing staffing issues but there was no excuse to find the bathroom waste bin hadn't been emptied, from the previous... More
