I stayed here about 9 years ago for a business trip to Europe. I absolutely enjoyed every minute of my stay! The restaurant and bar were staffed by consummate professionals. The food was delicious, the bar held all that I wanted. There is an old style bowling game downstairs. We had a load of fun! If I'm ever in that...

Stayed for 3 nights. We were greeted on our arrival and made to feel really welcome straight away. As we were on a motorbike space in the garage was offered to us. The family and staff were lovely and did everything to make our visit special. The bar area is good, the gardens lovely and the breakfast was fresh with...

We booked really last minute and where pleasantly surprised, there was a slight mess up with the room which was solved in a wink of an eye. We got a lovely room which was an adventure to find right in the old tower. If you can't walk stairs there are plenty of other nice rooms accessible by lift. The staff...

Didn't had the chance to have dinner there. Basically Suedlohn is a pretty quiet town. With a couple of supermarkets within 10 mins walk. Hotel was part of a castle...

Rooms very clean all the time. Evening meals were excellent especially the chicken in peppercorn sauce. Staff always very polite and helpful. Wide variety of choices for...

We were really suprised to see how a beautiful new building was built and integrated around a medieval tower. Owner is very friendly and provides you with a lot of information. We got one of the rooms in the tower, another pleasant suprise. Breakfast is good and prices more than reasonable

Right on the German Dutch border, we have used this hotel for many years for business. However, the hotel is also excellent for exploring the area, epecially if you like cycling. The Pass family who own the hotel do an excellent job providing super food and a welcoming environment. Rooms are simple but clean and the whole area is very...
