We stayed just one night at this beautiful B&B. The location is wonderful, with great ocean views. Very friendly and helpful owners who make you feel at home. Rooms are spacy, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. We wish we stayed longer at this lovely place. Highly recommended!

I was returning to Cape Town from a road trip to Oudtshoorn and taking the scenic route. George was too big a town for me to stay in and Mossel Bay didn't sound too appealing so I threw the dice and booked here as a compromise. The accommodation is purpose built as a B and B and the proprietors are... More

Our stay was recommended by our friends who we were travelling with from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. JB and Adri are mine hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious although I only eat lightly when travelling. As a guesthouse owner in the UK I was inspired by the owners and if we should return then this... More

This was a perfect stopover between Stanford and Addo. From the superb welcome from Mariaan to the excellent breakfast from Audrey and a fond goodbye from Jamie we felt completely honoured guests. Rooms are immaculate and the sound of the sea soothing. We cannot recommend this guesthouse too highly.

The sea views are 5 star as is the breakfast. The rooms have all those little special extra touches which made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The gardens give the place a country feel. The hosts are very friendly. You cant go wrong by staying here. A short drive from the airport and Mossel Bay. The local restaurant... More

The towels are definately due for replacement- they are thin and did not smell fresh. The house also smelled badly of smoke. We were still hungry after breakfast. Overall, in our opinion, we expected more from a 4 star establishment.

Dear mr. van Rooyen. We truly apologise for not meeting your expectations. We are really trying our best to accommodate everybody and go through a lot of trouble to ensure that everything is clean, neat and in its place. We also do a different table decoration, different breakfast dish, different fruit plate and different freshly baked scones or muffins daily... More
