We enjoyed our stay at Kate's B&B it's a nice place. Room was comfortable, very dog friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Near to charmouth and Lyme Regis. The fire was on in the lounge and was lovely to sit in front of it and read a book. Old farmhouse style.

Wanted to take our 2 dogs to Branscombe which is a fantastic beach for dog's all year round but we were worried about where to stay with a runaway beagle and 10 month old vislador! Kate was so accommodating and welcomed the dogs. The farmhouse is in a fantastic setting with glorious garden and views. it was a lovely sunny... More

We stayed at Kate's farm for two nights, when visiting some of our family who live in Devon. The b&b is in an ideal place, with lots of beaches close by to it. We arrived and was greeted by Kate and her lovely dogs, then was shown to our rooms, which where spacious and clean. You can choose from different... More

Kate's farmhouse is old and traditional in a lovely unspoilt area within easy reach of Beer, Lyme Regis and Seaton. Kate is attentive to her guests wishes and welcomes her canine guests in the same fashion. Tea and biscuits in front of a roaring fire the wet afternoon we arrived in June. We stayed in the family room which is... More

Nice peaceful place to rest after the stress of driving back from Devon! Very quiet, Kate is great with the kids taking them off to get eggs from the chickens and there are dogs everywhere. This is an old country house so expect old beams and quirky rooms, it is great though. Breakfast with fresh eggs and very good sausage... More

Stopped over with my 2 young children for a trip to Lyme Regis. Sat Nav took me straight there, welcomed with a cup of tea and a massive fireplace with welcoming sofas. Kids roamed around and made friends with Kate's dogs, room was comfortable and quiet, shower was great, free wi-fi and breakfast was best I've had in ages! Have... More

We had the most wonderful, friendly, cosy and welcoming stay at Kate's Farm. Firstly the location is absolutely beautiful, so picturesque. Kate is a very relaxed host, allowing us to feel so very comfortable. We really did have such a relaxing break. The fireplace is an amazing feature! Something we enjoyed immensely. We stayed three nights as we had booked a meal at River Cottage, Kate arranged our taxi and even dog sat for Bert! Lovely cooked breakfast and large light airy bedroom I loved the cozy... More

We spent 4 nights at the farm in the Large Family Room. From the moment we pulled into Kate's farm it felt like home! We were greeted by Kate where she immediately asked all of our names and showed us to our beautiful family room! Kate was so friendly and amazing to my two year old son - she invited... More
