The location is lovely with stunning views, the hosts are very professional, helpful and friendly, breakfast is all that you need to start the day. The area is quiet, being away from the main road, but close to beautiful beaches. Ormos village/town, where you can go out during evenings for some holiday fun, is close by. Will definitely come back next year.

We have visited Sithonia a couple of times over the last ten years but when we discovered Heos, it was clear that for us this is the only THE place to be! Heos is a family run business . The owner, Dimitri - who by the way is a cool guy- and his lovely sister, Eleanna, are doing a perfect job. They are the most friendly and hospitable hosts in I have ever encountered. Erissa, the good soul of the house, supports them in running the house and she was always available when we needed something. Heos has the most amazing and stunning view, the rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered everything we needed from homemade pies and cakes to fruits, Greek yogurt cereals etc. If you are looking for a fancy and glamorous accommodation then this is the wrong place for you but if you seek real relaxation in a hospitable and friendly environment then Heos is the perfect choice!!!

This is the place to be in Sithonia, no questions. At the very end of a spectacular promontory, with breathtaking views of the sea, the Mount Athos, and Lagonisi bay, this place is a retreat of silence, nature and tranquility. The road to get there is full of incredible views, especially at sunset and sunrise. Great breakfast in the morning overlooking the sea, great family running the place, they will do everything to make your stay unforgettable. I will get back for sure. Thanks DImitri

We have spent 2 wonderful weeks during summer 2012. Most beautiful place with a stunning view we stayed at the red loft. Loved the cosiness of the apartment and the full equipped kitchen. Very helpful and kind owners that make you feel like home. Pool and garden just right for the chilling and when you're too lazy to hit the beach, that is in fact one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to: sandy, clear and shallow water of the small bay look like a carribean paradise in the middle of Greece! The only downside is that it can get very crowded in high season, and extremely hot too. So even if the beach was some 800m from the house we went by car. Some beautiful sights and villages in the area worth visiting, dont miss Agios Nikolaos just 5km away. If you're looking for a truly relaxing and away from all the hustle holiday than this is the place.

I'll be glad to be again in "paradise". Every one have to see picturesque view, to feel the silence and to become part of the Nature... This was my perfect stay in Greece! Near the accomodation there are a lot of small and very nice "tavernas" and we enjoyed the Greeck hospiality. Thanks for everything :-)

We have stayed at Heos for 3 nights in May 2015, family of 3. The scenery, the attention to details, the garden, the lovely weather, all were perfect. Nice & clean apartment, perfect for a family of 3, the kitchen has plates, cutlery, etc, but no sugar/salt, so you have to buy everything if self catering. Room cleaning done every day. No information pack regarding the surrounding area, near by restaurants, hosts didn't offer any advice either. We weren't asked even once if we need anything. Probably the owner was upset because we checked in after midnight. No signs to guide you to the villa, unclear instructions on the website. After trying for more than an hour to find the place, the owner kindly came to the main road and showed us the way. Had some friends around for a couple of hours and asked the owner's permission for the 3 children to use the pool (no other guests were using it) and been told off for being too loud!!! It's a shame that this place has so many things to offer for children, and yet it feel like kids are not welcome. Overall, a fantastic place for older couples or very quiet couples.

1) We were not nervous because you arrive late , we knew that you will come late(01:00midnight - we asked you before your arrival), so I can’t understand why you saying that and always we are waiting our guests with happy that they are coming to our place. 2) I can’t go to any guest to start promoting him any restaurant, bar, beaches or ativities. We were here all the time to give information to our guests, as we are doing that every single year the last nine years and all our guests are happy with our suggestions 3) About the kids and your friends, you know very well that you asked us for a visiting in the morning. You done that and everything was fine. But you came back and the afternoon without to ask us and not an hour or two but you stayed here up to the night. The youngest kid was extremely noisy and I asked his mother in greek (you can’t speak greek) if she believes that the boy is alone at home and doesn’t respect the other guests who probably and possibly were sleeping or getting rest. About that be sure that I have other guests who they can support me at this time, some of them, they were at the balcony and they were watching the situation 4) About our services we never promise you before to come here more, you choose our place with these services and we offer you everything which was included into the price, we have not additional services and evrything are included into the price). I can’t also understand why you vote 2/5 about services, maybe you wish to have more services but we never promise more services than the existing, so your vote comes to….? So, I’m completely disappoint with your review and your behavior. You didn’t say on time anything, now you are writing the review that we didn’t give you information about the area instead to come to ask me on place what you were looking for. This is our job and we are working hard all over the year to keep the house and make more new spots to our guests. You can’t speak about feelings but speak about practice Please explain, what you were expect from our official web site and finally what didn’t you find here and I’m sure from our guests that you found much more than what you expected

We are visiting The Heos Villa for three years in a row already. The place has a magnet effect on us - once seen it calls us back again and again...The view, the garden, the pool, the BBQ, the laguna next by, the rooms, the Pitsolis family (owners) - shall I continue? It's a heaven on earth! If you are looking for relaxation and warmth - you will will find it all there. Great for children and great for grownups. Lots of places to visit near by, not omitting the boat trip to Mount Aton and all the monasteries along the coastline. A hint - try the #8 Loft studio. Your bed will be surrounded by windows from all four sides, so when you wake up you can see the magnificent sunrise and the sparkling blue water! Just visit Heos! You'll be amazed!

What an amazing place!!. Tranquil and surrounded on three sides by beautiful views of the water. Our room had a small balcony and we spend so much time just looking and being amazed by the views. The room itself was very large and fully furnished with a small kitchen. I would come back here in an instant if I was in the area. The hosts were delightful. One recommendation for future guests: don't just stay in your room and balcony but enjoy the facilities of the hotel and take a walk to the Lagonisi beach that is nearby.
