We booked 2 rooms and were so disappointed! When you walk in it looked ok...however under the bed were baby bottles, cereal, condemns....so many random crumbs! I hope up you like the smell of pot because that’s ALL you smell!
We go to hotels quite often...we usually pick Best Western but because the receptionist was nice on the phone we decided to give Sunbridge Sarnia a try....while it is a bit old the rooms are renovated nice and staff is very nice, the layout is good, pool and spa are awesome. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt safe and comfortable. Food from the restaurant was also good....we will definitely be back. Last hotel we stayed at was the Marriott Fallsview in Niagara Falls and we all liked this hotel better......see you soon, thanks for the nice stay!
This hotel advertisement says scenic view from hotel room, the view is of the US/Canadian border crossing not the waterfront. Older decor but very clean and well maintained hotel.parking free and nice location near the highway on off and border crossing.we stayed in jacuzzi tub king suite and it was nice and enjoyable
We stayed in this hotel when it was a Holiday Inn. The reviews were decent and the photos were pretty good. When we got there immediately it was apparent that the hotel was not nearly as nice looking as the hotel photos had represented it to be. It was as if the photos were taken to show the hotel from one angle only. I don't believe those photos are here on trip advisor anymore. Everything looked very outdated and somewhat worn down but the room itself was ok for us. It was clean and the bed was fine, those two thing are most important to us. We ate the breakfast buffet at the restaurant and it was ok, a little pricey but convenient that we didn't have to go out.
We stayed at the Sunbridge HOtel and Conference Centre on February 22, 2020. We have stayed there at least 3 or 4 times and have been more than happy with it. Not this time. We have not been there for about 2 years and where shocked to see how it had deteriorated in such a short time. Previously it was the Holiday Inn. I took pictures of the bathroom floor, the sink and the ice bucket which should be in the garbage. The floor was still dirty and the sink needed to be replaced. I decided to delete the pictures as it is not worth the aggravation. We booked through Hot Wire or probably would have cancelled upon arrival. Halls and rooms are worn, tired and not the cleanest. Looked at 2 rooms before we settled on the one we stayed in, but was not impressed with either room. Talked to the clerk at the front desk and she told me that they were going to renovate in the near future and become a 4 Point Sheraton. Well they have a whole lot of work ahead of them to make it desirable for us to come back. We had other family members stay at the same time and they came to our room and told us that ours was much better than theirs. I cannot imagine what their room looked like. Checked out the restaurant and bar and they looked quite nice. Did not eat or drink there as we were in town for a family function.…
