We spent 3 days in Sky Place Hotel Nay pyi taw. Location wise, it's in downtown and nearby two big shopping mall. One of the most beautiful cities in Myanmar and visited its incredible surroundings.I might stay there if I have to go to Naypyidaw again.

Staff was very not helpful, very little English. The rooms are expensive and charge foreigners more. Bad wifi, a.c doest work, power socket doesn't work and the lights were broken. just avoid this place if you can.

Stayed here for a week for a training. Good location, it it just few meters away from the Capital Mall where guests can walk several steps to go shopping or buy basic necessities. Facade looks great but then interiors are not maintained, they need to improve general cleanliness of the hotel. At the main lobby, cobwebs are all over the high ceiling, toilets are also not that clean. No designated smoking area, cigarette butts are found along the corridors. Rooms are spacious, they can still improve the cleanliness. Very unstable internet connection specially in the room. They accept payment in US dollar or local currency, use of credit card has additional charge.

I've stayed there for 2 days while attending a Forum at Naypyidaw during Sep. We asked for 3pax room and room is quite spacious. Location wise, it's in downtown and nearby two big shopping mall is a big plus. Bathroom setting is a bit odd. There is bathtub and a shower on the head of bathtub and one more shower is found nearby bathtub as well but there is no divider in bathroom and every time we took shower, the whole bathroom floor is wet. Another one is cafe flight. It's about 100meters away from the main building and not a good idea to walk under bright sun. Except that, it's nice hotel with reasonable price, nice location, acceptable room, let's say ok cleanliness and nice breakfast. I might stay there if I have to go to Naypyidaw again.
