A week ago I was trying to book 5 villas for 3 nights full board, I thought it's going to be easy to communicate with such well-established brand. Unfortunately I was getting a very delayed replies from Ms. Uyen Nguyen who seemed uninterested in selling anything. I had to wait for a simply reply for more than 48 hours and then eventually gave up on trying. I have reported your hotel to the head office, you making Six Senses brand look very poor.
We stayed in a Beach Pool Villa for three nights. The location is ideal amidst a calm bay which was shallow for easy swimming, snorkelling and kayaking. The villa's are high standard and very comfortable. All the staff were well trained in service etiquette and were very helpful. We ate private dinner on the jetty (nice overlooking the sea), in the Wine Cave (recommended as very romantic), and one buffet (Fair- I don't think Six senses need to resort to buffet food). We also used the bicycles, the gymn and walked the short hike (a brief map would have been useful). Overall- a great relaxing stay and a shout out to our helpful GEM Kellie.
I want to give a shout-out for Six Senses and their staff for so many great things I’ve experienced at their resort. First, there’s a variety of activities for all age groups. For me, I really like trekking ( we luckily spotted some langurs), picnic and spa. In terms of spa, I received helpful advices concerning my arm condition from the spa technician. During our stay, we received many conplimentary services like sauna, ice cream, cocktails. Every night, Six Senses offers different options for dining and drinking at various spots in the resort. Plus, The fruits at Six Senses are top-notch. Secondly, the view from my hill top pool villa is so breathtaking that I never got tired of admiring the natural beauty surrounding me. Thirdly, I had the utmost privacy from my room choice, which I and my hubby highly appreciate. Last but not least, it is the dedication of the staff. We really like our GEM, her name is Phuong Anh. She was very enthusiastic and amiable. She even brought a cake to Dining by the Rocks where I was having dinner to congratulate me on my birthday, which was such a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see her on the last day of our trip since she got an eye injury the night before that. I wonder if she has got better :(. Besides, during the free cocktail evening, Mr. Whiffen and his staff also joined the guests, keeping them company, which made me find them really considerate and professional. All in all, I did recommend Six Senses to many friends of mine and I definitely will come back to Six Senses Ninh Van Bay. …
Located in a private island and you can only get there by boat. Nice place with private beach and green water, this resort will offers you a relaxing time while you are here (But the room is a bit vintage). Staff offered very friendly and good service.
My family stayed for 3 days and loved everything about this place, from the fresh breakfast buffet selection, the spectacular scenery, to the warmest welcome of the staffs. Thanks again to our GEM Mr. Hung and the team for solving the issue we had with our neighbor. Pro-tip: Ask for Villa 17 if you're staying at a Hill Villa. It has the best view, we ended up staying at the villa all day.
