The service was outstanding, especially our butler, Liam. The food was wonderful, and I appreciated that it was complemented by local craft beers such as Pastuer Street. The beach is clean and there are a lot of water activities available including water skiing, snorkeling, etc. The fact that this is in a bay and faces west towards the main coastline means that the water is protected and cleaner than it is elsewhere. The location is ideal amidst a calm bay which was shallow for easy swimming, snorkelling and kayaking. The villa's are high standard and very comfortable. All the staff were well trained in service etiquette and were very helpful. We ate private dinner on the jetty (nice overlooking the sea), in the Wine Cave (recommended as very romantic), and one buffet (Fair- I don't think Six senses need to resort to buffet food). We also used the bicycles, the gymn and walked the short hike (a brief map would have been useful). We had a magical week here - the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful - the villa was gorgeous with super comfy beds and wonderful bathrooms. The langurs even came to visit us in the trees above our outside shower which was amazing. We loved the choice of dishes at the Bay Restaurant and the breakfasts were out of this world. My daughter is gluten free and the kitchen staff were incredible - even making her mini croissants and a huge variety of special treats - they could not have been kinder. Dieu, our Gem, was a delight and we had a fantastic early morning hike with Benjamin who runs the operation with a joyful touch - there are so many brilliant things to experience here - we needed a week to enjoy them all - and we now feel so healthy and refreshed. This place was so calming and the staff were just wonderful. The speedboat experience was super fun and the staff on both the mainland waiting area and at the resort were super welcoming. As soon as you arrive you know you will be well looked after. Our villa was gorgeous and so relaxing. The private pool was just the right size and everything in the room is lovingly decorated. I loved that there was no plastic in sight and all the materials used were so natural. The food was delicious and healthy. I fell off my bike (totally my own fault) and they sent a nurse within minutes and she looked after me and took care of the wound so well, I could not have asked for more. The stay totally exceeded my expectations. We cannot wait to go back again.

Another world! The resort has been built beautifully & sympathetically with its surroundings & to an extremely high standard. Each villa comes with its own butler, on call to help you with any problems & to escort you round the resort. Minh was our personal GEM & provided a service that went above & beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble & he always greeted us with enthusiasm & a beautiful smile. Alex the Executive Chef oversees a team of chefs that give him a huge amount of credit - the huge variety of food was both delicious & nutritious, locally sourced & grown on the resort. I was so impressed - even down to choosing healthy oils over processed oils. Ben, the General Manager took us on a trip (sorry, hike) through the jungle to see the Langurs by the reservoir - he was informative & like all employees on the resort, loved his job, loved the sustainability & ethos Six Senses stands for. We took another trip to the reservoir with the resort Biologist Ms Quynh, who, as you expect, was incredibly passionate & informative about the animals & flora & fauna on the resort. Again - the staff were faultless!! Welcoming, warm & friendly - big shout out to Dinh Dong the Resort Manager, Ms Thoa at the spa (best massage EVER), Norm at the Experience Centre, Nu in the main restaurant & literally everybody working in the resort - I can’t overestimate how much they & their surroundings enhanced our restful stay in Vietnam.…

Staying here in July 2023 at water villa number 4. We had such a good times as follows: - Villa: The villa itself is very well maintained. It does not look like a property with lots of year in service. Perfect sunset view from the villa. To be able to walk right down to the sea every morning was such a good feeling. - Activities: We love outdoor activites so we did 3 hikes when staying. The Bai Nho hike and the Fairy Beach hike will lead you to the different vantage viewpoint. The in-house trail is very well maintained and exciting enough to keep your adrenaline up. My kids who are 7 years old love both the Fairy Beach and in-house trails - Kids club a.k.a. Vooc Village: They just had a revamp so the new one looks rejuvenized and large enough to have activities both indoor and outdoor. They design activities program in advance so you can manage your own and your kids schedule. There are also movie nights for kids which serve popcorn during the film, way beyond expectation. - Staff: All are very nice and friendly. Specifically, we have to give all the props to experience team which we were interacting so much with. Also, F&B staff espcially Mr.Vien (if I'm not misspelling) are very much attentive and approachable. - Transportation: Eventhough the resort is quite far from the airport. The commute was very comfy and private. Schedule is very well managed in accordance to our flight. All in all, what a wonderful experience we have. Looks forward to visiting this property again.…

Its realy the best hotel ever. Quite. Beautiful spot in the forest and the beach . We came with two children 11 . And they have a special schedule. The food is excelent the spa . Vianamise massage was great. The manager of village is mr. Dong. Speaks very good English.

After a 15 minute speed boat ride, we arrived at this slice of heaven. Greeted by Tri, our "guest experience maker", who took care of us all (whatever the issue or need) for all 4 days of our stay. Aside from just how lovely the whole resort is, what stood out was the amount of care and attention the senior resort management put into the guest relationships. We met and chatted on many occasions to Tim, Ian, Dong and Ben. They could not have been more open and attentive to us. Thank you to you all. We had some excellent meals from a BBQ outside supper; sampled the a la carte in the main restaurant which is the standard option; had a Brazilian dinner night (voted his favourite meal ever by our 21 year old son); and a wonderful dinner at 'On the Rocks'. We stayed at 2 beach villas as there was 4 of us. These are beautifully appointed and very clean. My one small thing would be that there is not a great view of the beach from downstairs but it is private (we did discuss this with Dong and they have tried to do other things to be fair). My wife and I also tried out the spa - it is fabulous and the massages we had were excellent. Our stay here (as I am sure is true for many) was for some respite in the middle of a trip through Vietnam and Cambodia. This resort very much ticks all those boxes. Thank you to all the team. Wow! Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay. My parents, brother (21) and I (24) are travelling around Vietnam and Cambodia. We couldn’t find a fault with our whole stay! My brother and myself shared our own separate beach villa. Our “Guest Experience Maker” Tri, could not have done more for us. The personal touch with meeting all the directors and senior staff (Ben, Ian, Dong and Tim) was amazing. They were all lovely and welcoming making us all feel at home. This does not take away with how kind the rest of the staff were to us all - incredible (although we did not catch all their names). The food is beyond spectacular! We had half board, however, for 3 out of 4 nights we took the specials for that night (which is then supplemented). Every single meal we had we adored. Our two favourites (although hard to pick) the Brazilian BBQ and “Meat us at the Rocks” (this was at the Dining at the Rocks restaurant). The room was beautiful we have stayed in some lovely hotels and this one was up there with one of the most beautiful that we have ever experienced! Amazing place with friendly staff, good food and plenty of activities. My best recommendations to everyone who consider themselves going. Our Family Beach Villa was super nice and we enjoyed the mix of own pool and going to the sea.

Have a great vaction and anniversary on July 7, one of the best place i had ever stay. Ms. Trinh butler gave us the best feeling and she know what i and my wife need. Very comfortable. Buffe and foods in Bay restaurant is so delicious, but i won’t recommend Dining Pool restaurant. Just a little bit entangled because the resort won’t let me do a offline transaction. Everything are perfect.
