We decided to stay here for 3 days we love it! Thanks to anh Hop, who was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed every single second here! We realized we left behind an item 2 days after checking out, we reached out and Hop made sure the item would be handed directly to us while we were still in Nha Trang. The staffs were very friendly, the foods here were delicious, the beach was very nice for swimming. We got our own pool too right within our villa. I would recommend this place if you want to experience something other than the busy city Nha Trang!
I and my family come here for our holyday and I feel comfortable and romantic when we stay here.. The resort beautifull and environmentally friendly. The rooms are beautifully designed and in harmony with nature. Their staff are friendly and You feel welcome when you come here. Our butler Ms Quyen is very cheerful and professional. You have a lot of activities to experience here Spa, swimming, Trecking, rowing, galadinner...I think thí is a best resort you should go when you come to Nha Trang. I will come back when the time is right
What can I say about this resort? It is perfect in every aspect. Great accommodation, we stayed at a Lagoon villa. Both time the butlers were very attentive. The first time we had Cuong, the second time it was Uyen. Food and service in the restaurant is surprisingly good, considering that all has to be brought in via boats. Chris the GM is present, I felt the staff really admires him as everyone talks fondly about him. Thank you L'Alya Ninh Van Bay we will be back again soon.
After being in Vietnam for 10 years I finally discovered Ninh Van Bay! Only a short ride from Nha Trang and you are in an entirely different world alive with waterfalls, squirrels and generously sized geckos. My stay couldn’t be more perfect, I fell in love with the rustic jungle villa shaped as a 3-tier treehouse that came with 24/7 butler service and tons of privacy. Due to rainy weather I had a chance to spend more time at the spa. I would like to thank Miss Linh for her amazing wellness workshops, we made some coconut oil, blended a few natural and organic body scrubs and masks and practiced flying yoga together. Spa treatments were so relaxing, especially when accompanied by the sound of the rain and Tibetian singing bowls. Food was another highlight, from Brut breakfast to 5-course dinners, each dish was nailed by incredible Chi Chuong, the resort’s Executive Chef. I wish we could stay a bit longer, a week at L’Alya would be lovely, but I tried to join as many activities as possible, including water sports and wildlife hikes. Don’t miss a chance to have a picnic by a waterfall and make sure to order a floating breakfast served straight into your swimming pool!…
I have to admit that I had never heard of this resort before my wife and I visited. Well, it didn't disappoint. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind for a while, L'Alya certainly should be on your list. It has a Long Beach with plenty of areas to just chill and do your own thing and a very cool little beach bar. The amazing design of the wooden built beach front restaurant has a great feel to it and the food on offer, cooked by a local lady chef, is actually breath taking. We stayed in a hillside pool villa and it was like being in our own little jungle lodge. Sitting on the terrace with nothing but the sounds of natural while looking out over the ocean was a `getaway paradise' that is very hard to find anywhere else in Vietnam. If it's peace and quiet that you are looking for, this resort has it.…
We stayed 13 nights on our fifth visit to the resort. The resort is situated in its own private bay. Even with all villas occupied we were treated like we were the only guests. The resort is so spacious and well laid out that it never feels crowded. The staff is what makes the resort so special - attentive without being intrusive and genuinely interested in your well being. Although western food is available, their Vietnamese cuisine is excellent being based on freshly caught seafood and vegetables from their organic garden.
Great Place to relax and great spa with reasonable rates. Service pick up from airport made the trip much easier . Staffs very kind and available for any needs also my butler caring me for anything I have asked. Restaurant have a high quality of food and Breakfast were amazing and various.
Coming to L'alya with the first thought of working and leaving my son with the babysitter service there. However, i did leave my business instead. For the last 2 years, this is the most wonderful time that i have had my real relaxing days. I love every tiny things there. The sound of crickets, frogs and waves create an unforgetable symphony at night which lulls me to a deep sleep. i love " cock a doodle doo" in the morning. I love walking in the Chef garden, smelling the herbs and looking flocks of chicken running around. i still remember the taste of lunch in L'alya which is like home cook meal with many local seafood. That's why i chose Vietnamese dishes again at dinner instead of beefsteak or Western dishes as normal. It seems like i came home, stayed with family members not just as staying in a five star resort.…
we love the place. given the hard time of covid, the resort has been maintained really well. People and services at great level. An additional of staying on Ninh Van is about the hiking trail. Will comeback for a full route discovery. Cheers, A
L’alya is truly a hidden gem in an ever growing upscale market in Vietnam. Sometimes overlooked by her flashier and ultra luxe neighbors, L’alya comfortably stands on her own. I’ll break down my review based on areas of interest: Grounds & Setting -One of the best part of L’alya is her setting. Part tropical beach resort, part ‘mountain retreat’- it’s truly the first time I’ve ever been able to see palm trees swaying at the same time I was listening to the breeze through the pine trees. I’ve stayed at all of the Ninh Van resorts and I’d rate L’alya’s beach as the best on the ‘island’. It is expansive, impeccably clean and considering there are only 33 villas- you always feel like you have it to yourself. I also loved just walking around the resort at night- a true reconnection with nature. Villas -I stayed in a Lagoon View Villa which is what I would suggest if you want to feel like you’re a million miles away from it all (in the best of ways). Everything in the Villa was designed well, noticeable quality and authentic to its location. I especially enjoyed the wet bar area that was stocked to the brim with anything you’d need. The bathroom was stunning and I loved not only that there was a shower (and bathtub) outside, but also the fact that it was well thought out and landscaped. The bedroom with its white walls, back lit columns and dark woods had a surprising Grecian feel to it- which somehow still worked. Note that the living room and bathroom are very well ventilated but not air conditioned. Outside, there was a beautiful private pool, an outdoor living room and sun loungers- all looking out over the lagoon to the ocean. Food & Beverage -During my stay breakfast was a la carte from an extensive “all you can eat” menu. The pastries were absolutely superb and my eggs were always poached nicely. For lunch and dinner you can dine in the restaurant or in your Villa. I always chose in the restaurant as the view of the beach and pier lit up at night was a perfect setting. The menu again was extensive with Vietnamese, Western and Asian sections. I ate from all three sections and I couldn’t find fault. The drink menu was nice and they had a great BOGO happy hour. If you enjoy Passion Fruit try a Dr Jen cocktail. Everything was priced reasonably as well. Service -With just 33 villas, service is where they really show what their made of. Every Villa is looked after by a “Butler” who coordinates anything and everything for you at the resort. Literally whatever you need, you had it with one call or text message. Quyên, my butler was a star who I could not say enough good things about. Note also before your stay, L’alya will send you a questionnaire to tailor your stay exactly to your needs- everything from what you’d like in your mini bar to what level of service you’d like from your Butler (high touch vs on call, etc). I also cannot speak of service without mentioning Hưng the restaurant manager and his team of servers. As expected they were professional and well trained- but they were also genuinely warm and welcoming with truly personalized service. Finally, I thank Ms. Oanh the Reservation Manager for her always prompt and concise communication anytime I had a question. Facilities -They speak for themselves. The main pool is a stunner perched on the edge of the beach surrounded by beautiful rocks. The spa is lovely and decentralized in that your butler will literally drive you straight to your treatment room where your therapist will be waiting. Treatments available are varied but I’d recommend the Traditional Vietnamese massage as it ticks all of the right boxes. The beach bar was the perfect place to watch the sunset and the fire bar great for after dinner drinks. I really cannot say enough good things about L’alya. I very very much look forward to my return in the future.…
