We had a special offer which included full buffet breakfast and a glass of wine/beer per person, which was great value. Our accommodation was in a villa, which provided all we needed for our stay - clean, warm and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had good variety of hot and cold food and dinner menu was also enjoyable. The staff in the... More

We have just stayed 3 nights and have really enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation was clean and certainly adequate. Meals and staff at restaurant were fantastic. Great place to stay and we would thoroughly recommend it.

We stayed in the hotel room which is similar to most hotel rooms. The grounds are lovely although the establishment is dated and I would not class it as luxury accommodation. I don't know what the chalets are like. Excellent for families and conferences. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. For the price of our package, we would recommend it. Great location... More

We had three lovely nights in the hotel using a special deal. The room was quite modern and appeared to have had some updating in the not too distant past. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely outlook at the front of the hotel onto the garden and fountain. Bedding was great. Our... More

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Kitch - definitely. Enjoyable - absolutely. My husband and I stayed in one of the chalets and found the place to be perfect. We are travelling in what is for this resort a non-busy time, but that being said, nothing was lacking. The room was perfect, we took a quick trip around the shopping precinct... More

We were travelling from the North West of Tasmania on the way to Hobart and took advantage of one of the resort's wicked Wednesday deals. Stayed in a villa, which was comfortable and well equipped. The only disappointment was the lack of any Wi-Fi signal in the villa. I was lucky that when upstairs, you were able to just connect... More

This is an older resort that has lost some of its charm. When we visited the chocolate shop (main reason for visit!) was closed. We did use the lake for kayaking and the kids played on the pirate ship for a while. It's a shame that the jumping pillow was $6 each, pretty steep, but this place is mainly a... More

Steer clear of the restaurant, takes ages to get served, couldn't get a drink, meals come out in no particular order, and it would appear that the staff can only carry one plate at a time. Ask the staff to put your heater on for you before you arrive - rooms were cold an damp. Appear clean but the whole... More
