We enjoy coming back to Tamar Valley Resort, once again had a great time utilising the great facilities. Breakfast is as always awesome and the kids love the variety. Our only complaints are the co-joined rooms have the door opening into the room and it knocks the TV and with little people this can be a bit scary at times... More

It was very much a spur-of-the-moment trip away this weekend, and we found ourselves booking a little chalet at this resort. Initially we were a little concerned about how good it would be, considering how cheap it was, however as soon as we arrived we were pleasantly impressed at the clean, neat cabin with self contained bathroom and comfortable bed.... We usually have a night in local hotel/motels at least once a month. We are locals and go for accommodation nearby as to support local businesses. We saw an ad on tv for a $99 a night special for this resort and thought as we have been there many times for activities such as mini golf, paddle boats, jumping pillow... More

We stayed in winter this time having previously stayed in summer. It was equally comfortable and great to have a heated indoor pool and gym. The convenience of the restaurant was great but we also enjoyed the ability to prepare our own meals in the full self contained kitchen. It was quiet and set in a country area. We would... More

We stayed in the Lake View Villa and although small was great for the two night stopover. Plenty of facilities for the kids, neat clean room, all the bells and whistles nicely catered for. Breakfast was stunning, and great that it is inclusive with the very reasonable room costs. One tiny gripe, could you put the telly on a moveable... More

Really liked the range of activity for kids to do, the pool being free. Range of shops also good, bakery great food and coffee and staff very friendly. Chalet a bit tired, no hot water and ants crawling in kitchen. Some cutlery dirty and stained. Limited couch space for larger family group. Heater was limited capacity for space of chalet.... More

We spent 3 nights here. We paid $299 for the whole stay, accommodation and buffet breakfast. Lunch and dinner was extra. The restaurant was good, but limited for vegetarians, though I didn't go hungry. The weather was lovely which helped. There were plenty of activities, golf, putt putt, tennis, swimming pool, pedalos and bouncy things to name a few. We... More

Who hasn't ever wanted to go (or return) to Grindelwald? So when the sign pops up on the way to Beaconsfield what else can one do? Putt putt enthusiasts can have a game in addition to enjoying the arcade games in the Swiss style 'courtyard' with a clock tower - very quaint. Friendly cafe staff - despite the lack of... More
