The place is OK. But could be great. A bit of love and care from the owner, some motivation for the staff and some activities and the place could be much better. Yes! As others have said the WiFi stinks but who cares. The restaurant is OK not bad actually but they are constantly running out of stuff. No fruit....

So a week ahead I booked the nonaircon room and paid in full. I also emailed them the deposit slip as a proof of payment and got a confirmation email about the reservation. When we were halfway of the tour, we asked our driver to drop us off so we can check in. When we get there, there was no...

Although this is a very attractive resort on the outside, it was the fascist regime that put us off. After a day of travelling to reach the resort we were faced with a small boxlike room with cockroaches running all through the bathroom. When we went to the poolside to have a drink and unwind, we were told by the...

The resort boasts of the scenic views of the Santiago Bay. Our room has a great view around the beach and pool area, The entire property faces the ocean. You can only enjoy the beach during hightide, seaweeds are all over the place when its farther from the shore.

Our vacation was too short. We haven't enjoyed much bec of time constraint. The resort boasts of the scenic views of the Santiago Bay & has various room classification. It has two pools, restaurant & a souvenir shop. The staff is courteous, polite & very accommodating.

The beach was clean. The resort has a nice view. But the resort's restaurant was too pricey and the service was bad. It took us almost 2 hours to finally have our orders. We kept on making a follow up yet nobody cared. We still need to inform them to make up our room and it was almost 3pm when...

It is an okay stay! The first time we went here with my fiancé, way back 2014 I'd say the place was great. When we went back feb of this year the place is outdated. The deluxe room is untidy and bed is uncomfortable which is why we decided to transfer to their villas. A little pricey but well its...
