Beautiful setting amongst very tranquil gardens. Easy to find location just off the freeway. Good clean rooms. Great tv and comfortable bed. Other than the on site restaurant there is a McDonald's, Red Rooster & pizza shop just up the road.

Stayed here as it was pretty decent value for money for the area. Room was pretty good size and had a modern heater/aircon which meant it worked efficiently and not to noisy during the night. While you are near the freeway it was quiet and did not notice it at all. We order breakfast from the menu and while it... More

This review is for March 2015. Just arrived back from Melbourne. Checked our bartercard statement and the motel we stayed a t for two nights charged our bartercard $470.00. Next time I will book through an agent as online it is from $110.00 weeknight to $130.00 weekend. This motel quoted me $230.00 over the phone for two nights. If they... More

Hi, I am writing to thank the manager Andrew and staff particularly Dearna for the second to none service and hospitality at our daughters wedding. From our first meeting Andrew was more than helpful and willing to accommodate our needs and budget for our daughters big day. He gave us confidence and security that the big day was completely under... More

Three different rooms, all clean with good linens. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They served a homemade breakfast in the room, if ordered the day before. In two of the rooms the furniture was badly worn and fancy old table radios didn't work. Convenient parking right outside the rooms (like a motel).

Attended my cousins wedding on the weekend and was so impressed with this venue. The gardens are stunning, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. We stayed the night and the rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

It's a great venue if you'd like to have a chapel, photo studio, wedding dinner reception and a place to stay all in one place. Food (dinner) was not great but the setup of the restaurant and gardens were beautiful.

Recently, my partner and I attended a wedding of two friends. The chapel and wedding ceremony were excellent, however, we both felt the reception was disappointing. The reception venue itself was nice enough and well set out but some of the catering and food service left a little to be desired. Typically, there was two entrees, two mains and two... More

Sadly our experience with was very poor. Elizabethan Lodge I picked because it was the cheapest motel in the area. I booked nearly six weeks in advance and paid HALF the total accommodation costs as a deposit. I booked to visit a dear friend in Melbourne. Unfortunately, my friend expectantly passed away 3 days after I booked. What followed was... More

My husband and I held our wedding at Elizabethan Lodge last month and were so happy with the venue and service provided. They have beautiful fairy lit gardens, a sandstone chapel, reception room and accommodation all on site. The service was impeccable and they went above and beyond all our expectations to make sure our wedding day was PERFECT. All... More
