Crystal Centro Hotel boasts a prime location that guests frequently commend, nestled close to beaches and shopping venues, with swimming pools that are a highlight. However, some travelers have expressed dissatisfaction with room cleanliness, maintenance, and noise levels. While the hotel's amenities, including diverse dining options and entertainment, receive positive mentions, issues with inconsistent service and cleanliness in certain areas have been noted. Moreover, a number of guests question the hotel's value, pointing to additional costs and service shortcomings that detract from the overall experience.

Lovely hotel that grew on us more and more as the week went on. Initially we were comparing against our last holiday at a different hotel but this one took us by surprise. It is rough around the edges (needed a lick of paint and a good hoover) and the cleaning of communal areas could have been better. There were very few British as the hotel catered more for other Europeans but there was still a huge choice of fantastc food and a grill every evening. Restaurant could get busy but we always got a table. We couldnt book an a la carte as they were all full by day 3 so book in early as customer relations werent prepared to try and accommodate us. I was in the pool by 7.30/8.00 most mornings, loads of beds, I was sometimes alone there until 9.00/9.30 so had the pool to myself.
Beautiful patisserie with amazing ice cream and sweet treats/sandwiches. Slides were great, LOTS of them to entertain the kids and daytime activities, the aqua trampolining was great. Beach was lovely, huge pier to jump off, lots of beds and fantastic bar service. The snack bar had a great menu, lots of choice, pizza, burgers, donner, pasta, salad and beautiful cocktails from all bars. The gin was gordons and the tonic schwepps which we didnt expect so was a huge bonus. Burger bar was beautiful and there was also a turkush flatbread hut. The staff were lovely and a please and thank you went a long long way. We were on the first floor accesible by a ramp so not far to walk. Landview room overlooking a roof but we only used thd balcony for a morning cuppa. We were offered a seaview upgrade for 15 euros per night but decided against it, preferring a lower floor. Room was lovely, mini fridge replenished with water, beer, soft drinks each day. We did have to chase down more towels and our beach towels but reception were helpful. All in all we had a great holiday and would go back.

I recommend visiting.
We checked in very quickly, although we arrived early in the morning. For an additional fee we were placed with a sea view on the 8th floor - the view is amazing!
The room is cozy and clean, there are towels and bathroom amenities. Wet cleaning was not carried out, as the hotel cares about preserving natural resources, the rest was changed and replenished daily, including a free minibar.
The hotel is beautiful, with a large area, many bars and restaurants, you can eat even at night. Three A la carte restaurants, we ate in Turkish - delicious cuisine.
The hotel area is clean and well taken care of. We liked the pools of different depths and the water park, which is great for even adults to ride in! There are sunbeds everywhere, there is enough space for everyone.
The beach is made of small pebbles and sand, it is always cleaned and cleaned, there are showers. The entrance is gentle into the sea, but quickly becomes deep; there is a pier with a separate bar.
Animation is different every evening for children and adults, different, disco until one in the morning on the hotel premises.
The food is very tasty, different cuisines, fresh fruits, herbs, meat, we liked it! Beautiful sweets)
It was nice to receive champagne and wine with sweets in your room as a gift from the hotel!
Separately, I will say that the staff is always friendly, they respond to all requests immediately, you feel like a dear guest at the hotel, it’s nice)

We left the hotel today.
Positive Aspects:
In general, everything was successful. Since we are a family with a baby, thanks to the cleaning lady on the 6th floor, she arranged our room cleaning according to the baby's sleeping hours, which was important for us. Kids club and aqua parks were sufficient for families with children. The gozleme lady was again very good at her job. The pool and beach area are huge and you will not have any shortage of sun loungers. There is constant activity at the hotel, you will not get bored. The rooms were large enough and new.

Our criticisms:
1- Order-based service at the Snack Restaurant causes delays.
2- Lunch buffet is a bit weak.
3- Dinner is varied and delicious, but the barbecue dishes need to be prepared with more care. The cooking consistency of the meat was not very good.
4- There are no posters etc. advertised in the hotel during the day regarding the activities in the amphitheater in the evenings. Guests should be adequately informed about this.

The only thing that upset us was that this morning, before checking out, we asked for 1-2 salty cookies to keep our daughter quiet while drinking coffee in the patisserie section at around 10:15, but the lady in charge of the beverage section of the patisserie said that the patisserie would open at 11 am and that she could not give it to us. Of course, rules are important, but it is also important for the staff to take small initiatives when necessary.

We had a 7.5 hour delay at Manchester airport and arrived at the hotel at 7am, missing a night of our holiday.

The hotel had us booked into a double room and not the junior suite we had on our reservation. We went to reception 3 times as requested to get our key for the suite and didn't collect it until after the love holidays rep meeting at 12.30 - some 5 hours after we arrived.

Our bed was queen size but had a cover that was for a double. Reception were told and only provided another double cover rather than one to fit.

I did complain to love holidays about these and some other issues and we're told that the hotel said we were shown to our suite on arrival. The hotel also said that their bed covers are made to fit the beds. Basically as with many other things, the hotel refuse to be accountable for what is clearly not a 5 star service. Treated as though we were lying despite showing them similar guests experiences on trip advisor.

Our daughter cut her finger on a bottle of coke and between the restaurant and guest services they could not supply a plaster for it. They asked if we could go to the supermarket!

The food in the restaurant was poor. It was just difficult to put a plate of food together that made sense. I like grilled meats and the grill rarely had anything appetising like a chop, steak, kebab etc. There were some nice deserts but odd that ice cream was not available. The food in the outside bar at lunch time was great and the patisserie was nice too.

The location and facilities are excellent and we did have an enjoyable holiday but it wasn't through experiencing great customer service and the friendliness we have come to enjoy with hotel staff.

We spent a lot of time on the pier in the day, swimming in the sea and moving to the pools later on.

The a la carte restaurants were under staffed and at a third of their capacity. We couldn't get in any during our 9 night (should have been 10) stay.

All in all, we didn't feel we were as valued as other guests at the hotel were. The very few British guests at the hotel and those that were echoed our views.

We rested at the hotel from May 28 to June 14, a 6-year-old child and two adults! We drove all over Lara from the Titanic to the Swandor Topkapi palace. I’m writing a review right away while everything is fresh in my memory.. if you are used to good hotels in Lara, you will be disappointed, but it’s possible that now all hotels have become more modest due to the crisis.. I’ll start with the good... the hotel is renovated.. the rooms are clean!!!! , but not spacious...it’s better not to take a room on the 8th floor, as it’s very hot from the roof..
the food is very modest...there is no lamb, there is turkey and chicken, a lot of stewed vegetables, the food is cold almost always, no matter what time you come, snails can crawl out in salads :) the fruits are not washed at all... apples, peaches, plums, apricots they put them dirty out of boxes..there is a grill outside, but there is also only lula chicken and mackerel.. sometimes there is salmon, but it is very fried.. there is no lightly salted fish, but there is crayfish once a week..
Alcohol: champagne, red label whiskey, vodka available. There are no Martinis and bellies .. the bar on the beach and the lobby will make a good majito .. the lobby bar has better alcohol and makes various delicious cocktails, nuts (hazelnuts, cashews, almonds) and delicious coffee... It’s good that everything in the main restaurant is non-alcoholic bottled drinks (Cola, Cola Zero, Fanta, Sprite, soda). The bar next to the beach serves very tasty shawarma, burgers, crumbled potatoes, pizza, salmon with avocado, but since there are no numbers on the tables, the waiters very often forget where. what was ordered and by whom.. good evening programs (acrobats, dancing, etc.) The mini club is very clean, but there is no activity in it, children can only entertain themselves or have fun with their parents. There is a huge shortage of staff everywhere.. the tables are always dirty, you have to ask to be cleaned.. the slides and the children's Dino park are good! Activities for adults appeared only after June 7, aqua jumping, exercises... no games by the pool... the beach is dirty. There is no need to clean the rooms once at a time, it all depends on the specific person... for the first few days, one woman cleaned and cleaned very well, then she was replaced by another and then everything became very sad.. I put dirty towels back, they looked for pajamas throughout the room, the floors were not soap.. Thank you for taking out the trash :). But the guesthouse tries very hard to resolve all the questions that arise from the guests! Special thanks to Alena!! Of course, not here for the service, but for the sun and the sea... why not :)

Unfortunately it wasn't as good as I expected. The rooms were cleaned every 2 days, which they did not say at the entrance. We found out one day when he didn't come to clean. I had to say at least wash the sink, you didn't wash it yesterday. The cleaning worker declared that he had washed it, but the water, soap stains and hair remained the same on the side, and it was very clogged. We always left the towels hanging and they always changed them so we could use them again.

There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom drain of the room we stayed in, it was very bad before the first use in the morning.

We booked a landside room, they gave us a sea view, thank you for that.

We liked that the pool was long.

The aquapark was very enjoyable, one of the things we liked was the number and variety of slides.

The service staff at the Main Restaurant focused on collecting the empty items, and when we sat down, they very rarely came and asked for drink orders (we stayed for 5 nights, we were asked 2 times in total). We bought it ourselves, it was not a big problem for us.

The food in the restaurant was generally the same every day, I wish it would be changed. The number of varieties was sufficient, but it was always the same thing.

I wish there was someone visiting the sun loungers and taking orders at least twice a day. or water and soft drinks should be placed in cabinets in certain places. There were times when I could not go to a bar and drink water because I had to watch over the child.

There was always something not working in the toilets. The tap that doesn't run, the soap dispenser or towel dispenser that doesn't work, the door that doesn't close. Automatic lights either did not work at all (I turned on the phone flashlight and used the toilet) or the duration of them being on was very short (10 seconds, I kept time). While fulfilling your needs, you have to wave your arm every 10 seconds so that the light comes on, if it detects it. Torment for the sake of saving money.

They seem to have no understanding of customer relations. We went to make an A la Carte reservation, they said to make it from the app. The application also gave an error, then they fixed it.

The bar staff did not know how to mix the simple cocktails on the menu. Education is missing.

I'm normally a person who ignores the little things, it's hard to please everyone, I don't expect perfection. But unfortunately, when the issues related to this facility were collected, I wanted to write in detail.

Pros : Large swimming pool, pier, enough beach equipment. Beach towels without cards, can be changed several times during the day. Attentive staff.
The bars in the hotel building are courteous bartenders who know how to make good and delicious cocktails. There's always a large selection of desserts in the sweet shop. Mini bar is replenished daily - drinking and mineral water, beer, Coke drinks, sprite and fusti.
Cons: flies in the restaurant, leaking shower, lack of cleaning on the balcony, when checking in there was an ashtray with cigarette butts from past guests, and so remained after our stay.
There's very little light in the bathroom, there's clearly not enough light. There are only three outlets in the family room, one in each room and the toilet,

We are on the 3rd day of our holiday and everything has been great so far. The cleanliness of the rooms, pools, public toilets, in short, the entire hotel is at a very good level. Adult activities are sufficient and nice. The room cleaning is very good and complete. The meals, especially the breakfasts, are very good and have a rich menu. The reception was very attentive, we could get immediate answers to all our questions and problems (especially Mr. Yusuf from the reception was very interested, and I also thank him, we had a baby stroller problem, he solved it immediately). The snack bars are very good, clean and very rich, they have a lot of varieties from flatbread to iskender. There are many areas according to your mood. The campus is quite large and there are many calm and quiet areas where you can rest your mind when you get bored by the pool. The pool system is great, it has a very large pool, if I'm not mistaken, the depth gradually increases from child to adult and thanks to its size, we can swim calmly without any intensity. I would like to thank Mr. Alp and Hasan from the animation department, they took very good care of both us and our children.

It's definitely not an A. Rooms are dirty!!! The floors were vacuumed once in nine days... and then at our request. No wet cleaning at all. Dust on all nightstands and cabinets. Cleaning includes making beds and changing towels. Everyone!!! Towels get caught that pour.
The linen was changed at our request, but only the sheets)))) the pillowcases and the blanket remained the same.
Room 5109 in the sanatorium smells like sewers, complained every day. Only zero!!! The cleaner was asked to fill all the chlorine with chlorine at each cleaning. She only poured twice and put in a flavoring that saved the day.
The 5th floor in the common hallway is muddy. Carpeting is forever in crumbs and stains.

There are no tables available at the restaurant. We have to wait. You won't stay hungry for food, you have a choice.
There's mud on the beach, cigarette butts in the sand and other rubbish. Free deckchairs will have to be found. If the beach has them, the pools don't have them at all.
Hotel occupancy does not match available lounge chairs and restaurant tables. The staff just can't cope.
The room is claimed as a family room, in fact the second room is a small cubicle. The bathroom is half dark, very dim light bulbs. Apparently to keep the dirt out.

When we traveled as a family consisting of two adults and two small children, we got a room where the room was not originally arranged and fixed from the beginning when we checked in. When we came out into the balcony we were met by a large concrete wall with absolutely zero views of nothing. Dark gloomy and boring room. The dinnerware and staff were mostly lazy and confused, but they were good at removing the food before you even had time to finish it while fetching and serving drinks to ourselves, sadly. Rooms were cleaned poorly, cracked balcony door, hard beds that gave us sore hip, numb shoulders and back pain. The food was the same every day throughout our stay i.e. 7 days. AC stopped working pretty much throughout the hotel after the 4th day of our stay took a night and a whole day for them to fix this. Woke up in the middle of the night smelling of sewer in the bathroom during the last two days, bad sleep from the stench. The first two days of our stay my boys loved to ride the small slides, then that pool never heated again and my children did not want to stay there anymore as the water became too cold, as they no longer heated the pool. The beach was littered throughout the day as there was only one staff member on the entire beach picking up litter. Members of the family who paid for three adults in one room had to pay full price and sleep in a double bed and the third adult had to sleep in a small sofa. Dissatisfied guests in general and we will definitely not visit this hotel any more.
