Guests have called out Delphin Imperial Hotel for its exceptional cleanliness, particularly praising the spotless rooms and well-maintained public spaces. The hotel's diverse dining options, clean pools, and family activities, along with attentive service, contribute to its popularity, although some travelers feel the decor could use an update and that the atmosphere can sometimes seem impersonal. While reviews are mixed regarding value due to the pricing and additional charges, many find the hotel's prime location near the beach a significant plus.

Due to Covid we had to change our booked holiday to the Canaries to Turkey . Thank you Covid . This was our first time to Turkey and if it hadn’t have been for Covid we would never have gone there . I’m so so glad we did .

The Delphin Imperial is stunning inside and out , when we walked through the doors my jaw dropped I think I must have said wow at least 10 times before we even got to reception. Reception staff were friendly helpful and efficient. As we were there for my husbands 50th we upgraded to a jacuzzi room ( another wow). We had welcome drinks and then given keys to rooms our bags were delivered to our room for us.

The room was amazing, super clean and huge . We had a sea and pool view . Toiletries were in the bathroom , fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks , there was a kettle as well as a coffee machine .

Restaurants had lots of choice so I think even the fussiest of eaters will find something. If however like my husband you like a full English at breakfast you will NOT find it here.

We tried three of the Al a Carte restaurants, Tapas, Steak & Turkish , got to say the Turkish was our favourite the food was amazing.

The hotel has hand sanitizer stations everywhere and they are always full, face masks MUST be worn when entering and walking around the restaurant.

The Chocolate shop is a must when you are there , sat eating chocolate in beautiful surroundings what more could you want lol.

The pools are great , we used the adult pool which was peaceful and not overly busy. The skater crew work their socks off getting drinks and we never waited more than a few minutes for a drink.
The cleaners around the pool and in the hotel never stop and are a credit to the hotel everywhere is spotless and germ free , spraying beds tables and anything that moved lol.

Beach is beautiful and the sea is so warm . We hired a pier bed for my husbands birthday. Drinks , snacks and fruit were brought to us and there were steps by our cabana going straight into the sea .

This was one holiday we didn’t want to return home from .
The staff at the hotel are the friendliest we have ever met .
The hotel is visually stunning inside.

On this holiday we fell in love with Turkey , it’s people and this hotel . We will be back as soon as this pandemic is over but have to say if it wasn’t for Covid we would never have come to this amazing place .

Delphin Palace thank you so much for giving my husband a birthday he will never forget .

Flew into to Antalya and the hotel mini bus was sat outside as promised 20 minutes tater we were walking into the lobby to register 5 minutes later we were in our room unpacking. Our room had a lovely side view of the sea . Plenty of hanging space comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. Lots of nice seating areas in the many lounges . Plenty of staff in the many restaurants bars and coffee shops happy to help
Entertainment was on offer most nights in the ballroom, entertainment staff all worked hard keeping us entertained us . Food in all the restaurants was fantastic something for everyone again all the waiting staff worked hard setting and clearing tables making sure everyone had everything they needed
Out side gardens and pool areas are well presented and kept spotless with staff taking pride in their surroundings nothing to much trouble. Beach area safe for everyone lots to do unfortunately pier and bar not in use as still too early in the season. As it’s February not everything is open the children were disappointed that the funfair and kids outdoor play area wasn’t open. The aqua park was also closed as the water is very cold .
Reception staff all friendly and approachable. Not many English people around but English spoken by most staff . We have stayed here before and will definitely be returning

This is my third time to this hotel and I visited here with a friend and stayed over Christmas 2022. I also stayed here last December and over Christmas three years ago. I will give my honest opinion of my stay as follows:-

I had a lovely large room on 7th Floor and my friend was on 2nd floor. The rooms are large, have lovely big showers, have a filled and restocked free minibar, and free room safes, along with bathroom and slippers.

Staff are friendly, accommodating, and somoe go above and beyond to ensure guests are enjoying their stay.

The food in the hotel buffet is vast and lovely. You would struggle to find something you don't like. Lovely cheese counter and desserts. Only thing they don't have is crackers that you have with cheese. (Water biscuits or cream crackers) which would be nice. I like the fact that there are many places to sit and some areas are for adults only.

The hotel has 9 al la carte restaurants of which three are open in winter. We only managed to go to two of them. Only thing is you have to book the day before or on the morning, and it would be nice if you could book all of them in one go.

The bar has a huge stock of drinks, some branded, and the measures are big! Outside people bring you drinks on skates, and inside you can either go to bar or wait until someone comes to you.

The evening entertainment consists of a show in the ballroom. Some of them are quite good, but once it finishes everyone dashes outside to secure a chair in the lobby area. They then have a live band each night, and people get up and dance. It is good, but very busy and hard to get a seat.

In the basement from 11pm they have a nightclub/disco for adults. This is great if like me, you like to dance. There is also a camelot bar downstairs too which is open 24hours for drinks and food.

During the day they have various activities run by the animation team. This year was the first time I did boules, and darts and it is great as you can win caps/t-shirts/bags with Delphin logo on. I also really enjoyed the aquagym in the outdoor heated pool (which really is heated).

The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of the Lara beach strip, with shops and malls either side. There is a bus stop outside to travel locally, or the hotel run a free shuttle in the morning to Antalya, which you have to book the day before.

I could go on and on, saying how lovely the hotel is, with the sweet shop, the pattiserie, the spa, the gym, but for sure I will be returning either in March or December. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a luxury hotel, with great food, excellent service, in a lovely location

Thankyou Delphin and see you soon....

I have just came back after 1 week holiday at delphin imperial,
I have 2 kids so i needed a hotel to have facilities for children , i checked their website and saw lots of facilities for my kids so i did choose this hotel based on this information on their website .

Firstly ; there is no playground for children outside or inside which was shocking , when we asked they said its only for summer season . The weather was about 15 or above degrees everyday and we were going from uk which was considerably colder than turkey ,so the weather was perfect for my kids to play outdoor and have activities, there was no soft play area inside also ,There is some game machines for children in bowling room which you should pay for them .

Secondly : they don’t look after children for you . There is a small room named kids club which was very basic . they were 2 young ladies there ( just seating or lying down ) doing nothings for kids . Your kids can go there and do some drawing or play with some small toys , and you should be with them all the time . When i asked they said we don't have enough stuff this season to look at your children it is for summer season only . So we never had time for ourself as a couple to have some rest . Which was very disappointing.

Thirdly : there is mini disco at 8:30 every night which was awful . same girls , same outfit , same music , same dancing , for half an hour every single night . Which was very boring even for kids .

Fourthly : the lona park which was one of our main reasons to choose this hotel and advertised at website was close , And when we asked they said it is only for summer season .
they had a silly excuse for this saying because there is possibility for rain And so electrocution for your kids , we can’t open the section. Which doesn't make sense . we all know all around the world the funfairs And lona parks are all works fine in winter time and rainy weather. So it is not acceptable at all .

Based on what i mentioned earlier we did not have to many options other than taking our kids to the indoor pool every day . On day 5 of our holiday we saw some baby poo in the water , we took our children out of the water , after that we had to go and find someone to come and take a look ,we expected the poll to be closed and disinfected but one of the cleaners just came and took the poo out of the water and left without reporting to anyone . I saw few kids used That dirty pool after us without knowing about what happened. So we did not use that pool for last 2 days because we were not sure if it is clean or not .

To be fair I have to mention good things also .

The lobby area was massive and very nice decorated with too many bars and nice coffee shop and chocolate bar which i never seen in any other hotels that i traveled before . Ice cream bar was open almost whole day which was my daughter’s favourite.

The lobby’s and bar’s stuffs were amazing . As soon as you seat anywhere they come to you and ask if you would like anything . And sometimes they did thing out of their duty for guests to get their maximum satisfaction . They were well Mannered , trained and supervised .

I know in summer season all the activities and facilities are open Leading kids to have more fun , but logically as a five star plus hotel they could have alternative plans for families with kids who travel this time of the year .

We stayed here for 10 nights in October 2021 and would say it thoroughly deserves it 5 star rating. The hotel reception, pool, toilets and communal areas are all spotless. The staff were very attentive, always with a smile on their face. All inclusive means all inclusive at the Delphin Imperial, all drink brands available on request at no extra cost. There are waiters on skates at the pool areas all day to make sure you don’t go thirsty. As well as buffet dining there are a number of a la carte restaurants available, again at no extra cost, highly recommend the Mexican and the Chinese. The bedrooms are very spacious and usually have two beds. Bathrooms spotless and again spacious. There’s something very wrong if you go hungry at this hotel, the daytime options were vast including pizzas, toasties, baked potatoes, hot dogs, burgers to name only a few options. There is also a cake/sandwich cafe and a chocolate bar within the reception area. The only complaints we had were trivial. The morning coffee was always served luke warm at best and the so called ‘adult pool’ had lots of young children and families at it. All in all we would definitely recommend to anyone and fully intend to go back.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in Turkey.

There were lots of options with the food, however they were very random and always cold. I wouldn’t recommend the a la cartes - not authentic in the slightest and the service isn’t any better than the main dining area.

Guest relations were incredibly rude and useless, they weren’t willing or able to help. One began to argue and shout down the phone at me when I requested a fan for our room since it was 30 degrees and our AC didn’t work.

The animation team were just looking to make commission and would repeatedly pester you throughout the day. Only the aqua bar had entertainment until late, which meant that people were queuing for seats all evening.

Not all bars have named brand spirits so you have to figure out which ones and always specifically request them. The shuttle bus only runs once a day at 9:30am and will only go if all seats are filled. A taxi to Antalya is around 30 euro each way and there isn’t much to do in Lara Beach unlike other resorts.

Finding a sun bed was never an issue and the beach is nice. However they only have permanent over head shade which you cannot move, meaning you have to chase the shade or sun.

Generally the bar staff are really attentive and friendly, especially around the pools.

I was impressed by the food options during the day and they consistently changed - much better than the evening meals.

Avoid going in the ‘off season’ months - they have a central AC system which turns to heating from 1 November. We didn’t have one good nights sleep since the room was so warm. I would’ve expected a 5 star hotel to have fans or try to accommodate people who didn’t want the heating on in 30 degree heat, but they didn’t.

The other guests were mainly German, which wasn’t an issue but there isn’t much of an atmosphere.

The hotel is really outdated and is in desperate need of a revamp.

We arrived late around midnight and was greeted friendly by reception staff, then was told there was food in the bar on the lower level if we were hungry and also free room service at 1am (pizza, burgers, chips and sandwiches).

When we woke up we went straight to breakfast and there was a bit of everything down there, children especially loved the pancakes and waffles.
Rooms were very nice and spacious we had a connecting room which was great because you get 2 bathrooms and with teenage girls was well needed. Our room was kept very clean with some beautiful towel displays, think our housekeeping lady was called Meral and she was very friendly.

We went down to the activity pool as we had 4 teens with us and was greeted by staff that helped us get loungers and parasols (we never struggled to find one each day like other hotels). The SKATE TEAM were fantastic skating around asking if you needed drinks what seemed like every few minutes to keep you hydrated. They work hard and you didn’t need to leave your lounger.

Animation team were all friendly especially the host who seems to work tirelessly morning to night round the pool of a day and nighttime shows. Very energetic and always a smile on his face.
There’s water slides and a small fun fair for younger ones. We had a pool party when we were there which was foam and a bar in the pool and also a man fly boarding in the pool and taking guest up on it, this was brilliant! There was also a belly dancing show one afternoon and lots of activities around the pool.

Food was plentiful snack bars open all day serving burgers, chips, kebabs, jacket potatoes, ice creams and too much to even mention. There’s a lovely cake shop in reception which is open until 9pm. Coffee shops and bars serving the best iced coffee and my favourite tipple Becks beer (which you just help yourself to out the fridge with the bottle opener there too). Buffet restaurant was very good, always something for everyone and really vast, I’ve never seen one so big and staff very friendly and attentive too.

The beach is kept really clean and you can pay for water sports down there or have a soft drink or a cocktail, very relaxing with more than enough loungers to go around, there’s also a snack bar there too.

Overall I would recommend this hotel as we’ve stayed at a couple of others on the strip and this is by far the best one, there is nothing it is lacking they’ve thought of everything and would love to come back here in the near future. Thank you Delphin for a fantastic holiday

Delphin Imperial is situated in a great location at Lara beach, only fifteen minutes from Antalya airport. We were greeted at the front revolving doors by the porters who took our bags and ushered us into this incredibly huge oval lobby, buzzing with the ambiance of a jovial atmosphere. Our attention was immediately drawn to this magnificent chandelier hanging from its rafters and glowing with a multitude of eye-catching crystal lights. The lounge was Luxuriously arranged with all kinds of comfortable furniture, from modern upholstery to chest playing chairs, you are spoiled for choice where to sit, but we soon found our daily happy spot.
The staff serving drinks were always pleasant and over efficient, sometimes before you could finish explaining what you wanted, they would spin off at a hare speed, gone, having only heard the first sentence of what you intended to have.
The reception staff spoke very little English, and some requests we had, were a little challenging for them. Public areas were clean and the housekeeping staff were very helpful, minibar and security safe are in the room.
Rooms were clean, daily, but bathrobes and towels were dated, less haste and a little more care and attention given would be great, the beach is nearby, and the hotel has fantastic entertainment every night, this is a great place to come for a family vacation, I thought the choice of food was limited for such a vast hotel, and you will need more than a few days to explore all the benefits that this venuel offers, we spent eight days here and would definitely return again, mainly for the outdoor facilities, and the great atmosphere that was generated by the entertainment.

In August 2020 I went on vacation with my family to the Delphin Imperial Hotel in Lara where I had several unpleasant incidents.
On the last day of the holiday, serving the last lunch before leaving, my wife found in the dessert the pieces of glass that she broke in her teeth, swallowing them, knowing what they were.
I called the hotel staff and they told me it was just an unpleasant incident. I was called separately by the manager who promised to solve the problem so as not to cause problems in the hotel. Later I was contacted not to make public the pictures I have, offering me a discount and a better room in next stay in the Hotel Chain Delphin. In January 2021 I contacted the hotel for an offer, telling him that I had a discount sent by Email by . What would have happened if manager had found pieces of glass in his lunch? I am attaching some pictures with the pieces of glass found in my wife's dessert and the statement of Manager. We wish the hotel a year as good as 2020
