Travelled to this hotel with my siblings, and our families as a party of 13. We booked this hotel as we had been to a few hotels on the Lara beach strip and had always wanted to go as the exterior is so glitzy and glam.
First impressions were good, the lobby is beautiful and we were met by porters who eventually took our luggage up to the room. We got there quite late and were promptly checked in and invited to go to the Irish bar which is open through the night and had hot food and salads as well as a bar obviously.
All the staff we met were happy, friendly from the receptionists, cleaners, restaurant staff etc. and were always willing to help.
The main restaurant was vast and had different options for meals. I've had better at other 5 star hotels in Turkey but it was still very good. I liked the fact that there were fridges dotted around with drinks that you can help yourself to. There were food kiosks on the way to the beach and there was something to eat at every hour of the day.
The rooms were nice (we had 4 rooms) 3 of which were family rooms. There was a foul smell in the bathrooms though through the plumbing but the smell didn't always last too long. The minibars in both rooms were refilled daily
The children all had such a ball and there really is so much to do from the aquapark, fairground and all the facilities in the hotel. They really have put so much effort into making their guests enjoy all aspects of their holiday.
The patisserie and chocolate shop are also very nice touches and we indulged a few times.
Overall it was such a lovely holiday and I think the hotel offers good value for money as there were many fun things at the hotel and I felt that all the staff at the hotel pulled together to ensure their guests had a lovely time.
One small criticism though if I'm being picky, the other hotels we had been to all had some sort of Halloween party which the children had grown accustomed to but this hotel didn't put on any kind of show however the Halloween decorations in the restaurant were lovely.

Where to start.... this hotel is just amazing! Everything and more you could want/need, whether you’re going as a couple or a family with younger or older children, this hotel caters for all. We decided to book Delphin be grand as a last minute get away during all of covid-19 and we are so glad we did. At first when we arrived it was a bit overwhelming with how big the hotel was but once we started to walk around and get our bearings we were away! The hotel is spotless! You will never see any rubbish on the floor, there are regular rubbish collectors/cleaners circulating the pool areas, emptying bins wiping tables etc so there are no issues with flies or ants. Sun beds are washed down daily and outdoor floors mopped. Cannot fault the cleanliness! Definitely *****

The staff are all polite and cannot do enough for you and they all wear masks. Every day the animations team put on multiple activities for all age ranges, socially distanced and safe.

The water park is a lot of fun, so many different slides to choose from. The size of the water park is insane.... anywhere else you’d expect to pay for this kind of thing!

There are 9 ala carte restaurants to choose from on an evening (you will need to book these within guest relations) we never had any issues we always got into whatever restaurant we wanted to go to but you do need to book! however if you don’t Want to try these you can also go the the buffet restaurant. Again so much choice, well presented, tasty and cannot fault at all.
Our favourite ala carte restaurants were the steak and wine (the fillet steak was amazing) and the Chinese, we had great table hosts called Taylan Alkasi, Ridivan Futsi, Mahvuz and Gokham Akay all very friendly and helpful during our dinner in these two restaurants. Cannot fault any of the other staff in any of the other restaurants, All in all great service and food!

There are drinks being brought to you and served around the pool by pool waiters on roller skates, this is good fun and they are all very attentive, I was never without a drink!

I could go on and on for days about how good this hotel really is, but you won’t know the true extent of how amazing it is unless you go. There is normally always one thing we can think of that a hotel can improve on, no matter how big or small, But I can honestly say Delphin Be Grand is the first hotel I cannot give any improvements to.

We will be back next year!

Thank you Delphin Be Grand staff for all your hard work even during Covid-19. You all made our trip amazing!

We had doubts booking Delphin Be Grand because of Covid-19 and because of the premium prices, but after staying at Be Grand, I can totally say it was really worth it!
We have been in many 5 Star hotels but in no hotel was the staff so kind, so looking after you and so efficient. It really looked like a whole organized, professional and happy team in every single department.
We would like to specially thank to Rifat from the Reception, he responded to our each request with so much professionalism and kindness and made our stay amazing.
Ibo from the animation team is one of the funniest and friendliest person I met. All the animation team was, but we got closer to Ibo. Thank you very much Ibo for all the great fun!
Ali from the bar on the deck was always very attentive, smiling, happy to see us and we almost never had to go to the bar to order as he was always taking care if we wanted another drink once ours was finished. A great person with a great character.
The food is absolutely amazing, always fresh and delicious, no feeling of chemicals or bloatness and the chefs always very kind and happy to assist you. There is a looot of variety, so many things to choose that you might not get the chance to taste each thing they provide. We always found empty clean tables, even when the hotel was fully booked because the service was very fast and efficient. Bar drinks are also varied and of a great quality.
They have enough staff everywhere, you will always have the feeling that they really thought about the smallest possible detail.
The resort is very very clean, bathrooms, inside, outside, beach, sea, literally everywhere.
The only remarks are about the high prices of the other services like massage (over 80Eur), pictures (10 Eur per picture), the charges for Beach bungalows (65Eur per bungalow) and charges for Billard and Bowling. It is supposed to be an Ultra All Inclusive Resort, bungalows should be available for free upon reservation or special occasions, same for Bowling and Pool.
Be aware of the jewlery shop at -1, they overprice everything. They said a 10g 14k gold bracelet with Zirconia was with discount 1100eur and when I explained that 1g of white gold is 30 eur, he started to change his description about the item, claiming the bracelet was with Swarovski not Zirconia to justify the price. He said that many people ask if it's Zirconia and he says yes but when they see you have experience they try to rip you off claiming it's something else. They also base their prices on your nationality and I really do not appreciate ethnical differences. Their diamonds are HRD certified, which is in general 2 levels less accurate than IGI, so be aware of their prices for diamonds as well in case you are looking for jewlery with diamonds.

We have stayed at this hotel for a week in December.
Unfortunately they couldn’t provide a room in a same block as my parents and sister and although we have paid 300 euros more they have only upgraded us to another family room but refused to give us room in a same block.
Generally speaking not a bad hotel but the food was a disaster, so many choices but unfortunately not good quality and repetitive, we have ended up eating out, breakfast not bad.
Redturant is also awful as there is no Managment for seating people. This was the first time that I have seen people holding their plate waiting for a table, no proper system in place to seat people.
No airconditioning in the restaurant either and sometimes we felt there was not enough air and eating was difficult when too hot.
Generally speaking staff were good but found them a bit rude in few areas, cleaning was average not perfect and they always forgot to put enough shampoo or other bits and bobs in the room.
Stay away from the Italian or other restaurants, they are awful, at least in the main restaurant you can find something but the other restaurants awful.
We won’t go back as it’s like a small city with no control and management.
Game room very expensive too.
The only good thing was at the end they let us to go for gala night to join our family as at first they said our booking wasn’t included gala night but then last minute they called and let us in, can’t understand why they couldn’t do it at the first place.

We went in August with Covid regulations and there was no issues with this regard.

Summary
Hotel is huge and can be a little overwhelming the first few days but once you get your bearings no problem. Its clean staff or on the most very helpful, i found reception good. rooms were clean and we had a large family room which was perfect for our needs.
Water slides and pools were the best in any hotel i have ever been to or seen, water was spotless. The srvice around the pool again was outstanding i was getting served quicker than i could drink but was this down to Covid and less occupancy i dont know but it was excellent
A la Carte food was excellent but booking it was a mess.
Daytime Entertainment was poor except for the events, this though could be Covid related.
Main food hall was good but all over the place. A la carte the way to go if you get in
Food in day was reasonable the fast food stands were a good idea, i have to say my son is a celiac Merve B i think her name was catered for him everday and made a fresh meal just for him, this was no issue once we knew to speak with her.
Hotel excursions from rep were very expensive walk out of the hotel turn right 200m on right there is a travel agent, i paid half price to the reps prices. Hi name was Tony

i would have given it 5 stars but the atmosphere was not there and again it could be Covid. Would i go back yes but i always like to try other hotels. its a great value for money hotel though book with confidence unless you like ultra luxury like MAXX Royal or Regnum. This is no those but its not their prices. Give it a go

One of several all inclusive luxury hotels on Lara Beach. We stayed here for one night before flying out of Antalya airport nearby. Pleasantly surprised at the comprehensive all inclusive food and drinks package, the choice seemed endless and we couldn’t keep up with the consumption opportunities!!! Our bedroom was spacious, modern in design and well appointed. Linens and mattress enabled good sleep quality. All the staff throughout the hotel were efficient and friendly. The guests seemed predominantly German, Russian and Arab. Faults in my opinion: Our bedroom and the public areas were extremely hot, almost stifling. Towels adequate but not the best. Public areas are so vast they became “soulless” and lacked intimacy. Unfortunately we couldn’t eat in the ‘speciality restaurants’ as you need to book the day prior - no exceptions.
The hotel had far more to offer that we didn’t have time to experience. Costing all inclusive 130 Euro for three adults in a 45sqm room, our stay was exception value.

We stayed at the Delphin Imperial last February and decided to stay at the Delphin Be Grand this winter - we are still here at the moment.

Prior to our stay I emailed the hotel asking if it would be possible to have a room on a higher floor and advising that we would be celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary on the 4th February. I didn't receive a reply.

On arrival the reception staff were very nice and we were shown to room 2814. What a fabulous view - many thanks plus we are on the 8th floor. Unfortunately during the windy and rainy weather our room was flooded (to the middle of the room)with water coming in via the balcony door so we were running around with towels in the middle of the night.

We did get our bed decorated unfortunately the day after our anniversary.

The grounds are huge with a handy walking/ running path round. The heated outdoor pool is very large unfortunately unknown to us (and another couple) the pool had been closed due to someone being ill in it one day but no signage had been put out.

All the staff have been really nice and although English is not really spoken a smile and a please or thank you goes a long way with the staff.

Food is varied but the hot food is really stew orientated. An extensive salad bar is good as is the breads & pastry section although I don't eat either. The fruit section has deteriorated since we got here and there hasn't been any melon since our first week. We really enjoyed the food at the Imperial and feel that it hasn't been as good at the be grand.

There is a good array of hot and cold food at the Irish Bar plus waffles in the late afternoon. The patisserie is good with a nice choice of small sandwiches and open rolls. Plenty of baclava, biscuits and choice of cakes.

The chocolate bar is open 3-6pm but you cannot get the lovely Cappuccinos that we got at the Imperial.

We are wondering whether to return to the Be Grand or go back to the Imperial for our next winter stay or try elsewhere.

Stayed here between 7-14 November 21 with family of 5 and believe me I was not disappointed at all in fact I was surprised after returning after 2 years that this Hotel was even better than our stay on the last visit in all departments.
Firstly I would like to mention that this is the cleanest Hotel I’ve been due to covid they constantly are cleaning almost everything day/night nonstop,masks are worn by every staff all the time and sanitisers are on almost every corner of the building.
This Hotel has 24h food policy and no one will feel hungry in fact when you are in main restaurant they have the biggest selection of Salads,Desserts and dishes I have ever seen, due to covid the staff serve the food and when you ask small amounts of food the staff deliberately gives large portions probably the management have told them that none of the guests should feel unhappy regarding food serving which is a thumbs up for the Delphin Hotel management!
This Hotel has 7 ala carts which are all free but we only managed to do 3 Italian,Turkish and Mexican and believe me each and every one was outstanding with food and service!
I personally had to join gym once I came back home as I put almost 2kg on weight on myself.
This Hotel also has Aqua parks and lunar park for smaller children which kids can spend all day there, they serve free popcorn,slush and candy floss at the sites every time.The Hotel has many swimming pools but we only used to go in the hot pool which was outside or the beach even though it has so much to do for the whole family.
The Hotel has its own chocolate section and Dessert section just outside the main restaurant which serve the most quality chocolate and desserts!
Our room was cleaned almost everyday and the fridge inside the room was full of free pop,crisps and chocolates every time!
The bathroom contained free toothbrushes,pastes,shaving razors,earbuds,comb’s, and large selection of high quality cosmetics including soap,lotions and shampoos.

They also have (algida) tricycles with fridge on the back and go around the beach and the grounds of the hotel giving out free ice lollies to their guests even when they have food being served in every corner of the hotel.

If you want proper 5 star all inclusive hotel then this is for you as you will only need to pay once to book in this hotel then everything inside the hotel is free and you won’t even need to spend a single penny here.

When we arrived it was clear that the entire reception area had been organized for Covid-19 restrictions and all the front of house staff were polite, efficient and very helpful. Crazy idea putting a room starting with the number 4 on the sixth floor, but we found it anyway! Lovely room overlooking the sea, absolutely spotless and it stayed that way for the entire week, a credit to the cleaning staff. Restaurants were plentiful with A-la- carte options available which we used a couple of times, but found that the buffet restaurant offered a greater selection and was not quite so rushed. Both the waiter, K.Kemal and his superior in the buffet area deserve a special mention, they could do enough for us during the week and often went off to find various foods that were not displayed on certain days. The pool areas were very well maintained and staffed with numerous drinks and ice creams being supplied all day by a very keen and super efficient O.Sukru, he really put in a special effort for us. 5 friends and I went to Delphin BE Grand in Sept to celebrate a 50th birthday. Mohamed made the reservation via phone and he gave us competitive prices. We were treated to a special stay from the outset. The personalised care provided will resonate with us for years to come. We took an early morning flight from Istanbul and arrived approx 9am. We were checked in at the reception staff without having to wait around like school kids at lunch time. We were treated to 3 rooms on the same floor which helped us to communicate and meet easier.

One of the party had requested a gluten and dairy free diet and Ayhan from guest relations was truly a life saver in arranging the food for the whole trip. We were also gifted a a la carte for the 3 days to ensure the gluten free diet was met. Ayhan followed up with his support throughout the trip and made my friend feel at ease and ensuring he did not have any dietary counter balance.

Tomar from guest relations had also catered for our needs at pool and beach side. We wish to express our gratitude to her. We were treated like VIPs.

The food experience was special and hotel was exceptional for its usp.

Keep it up and we will be back.

We had a family room on the side of the entrance which was quiet. Sea views can be a bit loud due to side hotel which play loud music. Toilet was one
