Having the pleasure to stay at this lovely place was such a blessing. For your information, I stayed at Beachfront Pool Villa, 3 days 2 nights, it was splendid and magnificent. I would like to tell you guys my experience while I was at Mason Pattaya. Once you turn your vehicle into the entry of Mason you will be isolate from the noisy street, giving you the feeling of privacy since the entry. Then when you arrived at the carpark the club car will be there waiting for you to take you to the lobby for check in. (The check in time start at 14:00 while the check out time is 12:00). From the first step into the Mason Pattaya and to the very last step, the staffs’ services are unrivaled and unmatch by any other place so far throughout my whole stay. I want to give them a very high praise for their excellent professional work ethic mix with their great personality individually. They are all lively, friendly, professional and trying their best to ensure you have a wonderful time and memories there. Let’s move onto the room, as I mentioned earlier that I stayed in Beachfront pool villa, the villa is in very good size not too big not too small, inside the villa you will get your own private pool not to mention that at the top floor of the lobby there’s already a pool and a bar. Additionally there is also a huge bathtub that could easily fit 4 people inside of it in the bathroom. The bed was also so comfy. The interior is beautiful and gorgeous looking. The villa is close to the beach where the beach located in front of the villa. But they do not want to destroy your privacy so they plant of plant between the space of the beachfront pool villa and the beach to give the guest privacy feeling that other villa elsewhere would not provide. Also there’s spa, restaurant and activities that Mason provide for their guests to enjoy. Everything about Mason Pattaya was perfect and out of this world. My time at Mason was magical, if I was able to rewind my time back I will do it over 100 times and never get bored and still get fascinated by everything at Mason Pattaya.
P.s. If anyone is wondering how many villa are there in Mason? There are 35 villas there currently from what the staff have told me. So it’s definitely very private, luxury and romantic for couple times.

We stayed as a couple during late October 2019. Our room was Beachfront villa. Location was far from the city. Services were good but there were some opportunities for improvement. There was no security guard or any transportation near the parking area in the late evening. We had to walk to the reception (in the dark). Our room had a very nice design and privacy but air conditioner was not working properly in some nights. Breakfast was poor. Quality and variety of food was bad. I suggested reserved a room without breakfast. From my opinion, Our stay was OK except the breakfast. The room rate was too high for this quality. This rate you can find the better hotel in Phuket or Samui.

Comfortable & relax during living in resrt.With Big private pool I can spent quality time with my wife. Big bath tub is also one of hilight, with good service of staff to create us a foam.

With a warm welcome of staffs here, I was impressive. Since I stepped down the car, there was a golf cart standby in front of us and led us to the stylish lobby. They showed us each part of the hotel and finally brought us to the beachfront room, comprising of a large bathtub and swimming pool. More importantly, the view was utterly beautiful as you can watch the sunset while you are chilling in the pool. All in all, I would like to thank Joe, a hotel butler, for a great and caring service.

We had set our expectations quite high for the hotel, but regrettably and unexpectedly, several aspects fell short of what we had anticipated. Considering the steep prices in Pattaya, we found that the staff team lacked sufficient training in English. This led to numerous instances of miscommunication, particularly when it came to placing food orders and requesting housekeeping services. As guests, it is disheartening to be met with apologies as the sole response following disappointments, and unfortunately, we experienced this repeatedly throughout the day.
Furthermore, the lack of solid walls surrounding our villa and instead having only greenery allows for anyone to peer into our private space. This non-private infrastructure posed a significant concern. Additionally, we found the constant presence of numerous housekeeping staff passing by the semi-private gate from 12 noon to 3 pm to be extremely disruptive and bothersome.
We have encountered another issue concerning security during my stay. It is rather perplexing why guests are not allowed to lock the gate of our villa when we are away. It is of utmost importance to me that no unauthorized individuals have access to my private pool. The gate does have a keyhole, so it is unclear why we are not permitted to secure our villa by locking it.
It is disheartening to have received a level of service and experience in the hotel that fell short of our expectations. We sincerely hope that the hotel management takes steps to enhance their services and live up to the quality they claim to provide.

Very great deal we got. Warm welcome by the personal assistant and every other staff. Afternoon tea set was well presented. With beachfront room type, you can enjoy almost 180 degree sea view from the your room. And inside the room, every deatail was well designd. 30 mins massage given was great. I am not a magsage fan but i think massage lovers shouldn’t miss this one. :)

I stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend, i want to say Wow, when i come to check in, my butler come to pick me at the garage, and after that, he taking care of us about registration sending us to the villa and use his tiny body to carry my luggage which is almost over 20kg , I have a lot of Chinese friends, but Mr. Joe refresh my mind that a Chinese boy can talk fluent English with perfect accent like I am staying in US. Came to serve afternoon tea for me and pick me up at garage at late night sending us to the room and next morning making us a coffee in the restaurant during the breakfast time. I never had a experience like this before even I stayed in six senses and four seasons that I paid triple price more than here. He made my stay, and I will be back soon because of Joe. Everything fantastic! Highly recommend!
