Stayed at the Peaks Resort and Spa for an amazing weekend with friends, and I couldn’t have loved it more! I have to say outstanding treatment & service considering how busy it was!! The girls Laura, Kayleigh, & tenae greeted us so patient & kindly at the front desk. It was a very warm welcoming, & they also provided a lot of helpful information.. 10/10 over all.

Hotel's Favorite
We’ve stayed at the Peaks on and off over the years. We love the Peaks. The location is amazing, the amenities are outstanding, and the staff are attentive. Izzy at the pool provides excellent service and she’s an absolute pleasure. Esteban and Chaba at the valet stand are always so friendly and welcoming. Shane at the Spa is a wealth of local information and always greets us with a warm smile. I’d highly recommend staying at the Peaks Resort & Spa if you’re ever lucky enough to be in Telluride.

The resort was beautiful with great mountain views. The girls at the front desk were very helpful. Katie, Kayleigh and Laura were really friendly and helped my wife and I get better acquainted with the mountain.

Hotel was wonderful and perfectly located. The spa was amazing and the slide in the pool was a nice addition. Ernie did a great job making sure check in was smooth. Tenae was also wonderful giving us good restaurant recommendations in Telluride and Kayleigh and Laura recommended a wonderful place to go sledding. Katie was also wonderful in giving directions! STAFF WAS SO KIND!A great first experience in the snow and skiing overall!

Went there in late January/early February on a solo ski trip over a weekend. The resort is in a great location and offers great ski in and ski out service. The walk to the main lifts isn’t too long and you can also ski down to a beginners area lift. Staff is super friendly, especially Olga. She was helpful in recommending shuttle services when I called after booking and when I arrived she gave me great tips on where to eat and most importantly where to ski. She pulled up a map and said you want to ski here and here, avoid this if you don’t want to hike. Etc. The food offered on the resort was excellent. Blanka at the coffee shop was super friendly and didn’t take her long to memorize my order. A must try is the Pozole they have in the hotel restaurant. It is very authentic and one of the best ones I’ve had in the states. Views are amazing, especially around sunset. They have live music around that time so it’s a lot of fun to grab a class of something to drink and watch the sunset with all the other hotel guests. Only minor downside to the stay is the walls are a bit thin so you can hear a lot but luckily the guest weren’t overly loud Would highly recommend staying here.

I realize this hotel has went through many staff and cant seem to keep consistent staff. Its like no one cares about leisure or groups. Front desk is very uninformed of where to find answers and seems like they were afraid to ask their supervisor red haired girl who seemed very short with guests (I had complaints from my group also). No one at the hotel knows who to contact or where things are. Bring back the burger night - this was such a draw and fun atmosphere at the restaurant. Even if you do it for couple nights a week! It draws people in to have more cocktails even. Seemed like there were less people sitting in the fireplace area with cocktails like there usually is because of this. Ski in and ski out is great. Hotel does need a remodel in the guestrooms - seems long overdue compared to other ski hotels we go too.

We always enjoy our stay at the Peaks. Ski in, ski out and ski valet make you feel spoiled. Ski rental is on property. The great room with fireplace is a superb place to hang out, especially when live music is playing. The spa is fantastic, apres ski. Even though Im well into adulthood, I couldnt resist the indoor waterslide. Property is close to lots of amenities.

We spent 6 days in The Peaks this year. This was our second visit, and we were very pleased both times. Nice and clean rooms, magnificent views , professional ski rental facility with very convenient ski-in-out features , very friendly and welcoming staff in all resort places. Restaurant Altezza at the Peaks was our favourite because of healthy food choice, great service and amazing view. Will definitely recommend The Peaks for winter travel!

The stuff is always nice. This is my third visit at the peaks. But I noticed a decline in the upkeep of the hotel and the rooms. Starting from the carpets upkeep, we had both of our sinks in the bathroom completely clogged. And our room didn’t look as good as when we first came in 2019.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, but we will be back. The ski-in, ski-out services were so convenient and the ski valet guys were so helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient to the mountain village — just a short walk. The room was quiet and very comfortable and housekeeping very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant service and views from the dining room were amazing. We didn’t take the time to use the spa services, but their spa menu makes we want to come back when I have more time.
