We enjoyed our stay at The Peaks and would likely stay again. The pool was sparkling and clean. You cannot beat the views at this property; just gorgeous! I wasn't sure what to expect by staying in Mountain Village, but we loved the proximity of the resort to the center of Mountain Village as it was an easy walk. The room did lack air conditioning which made me a little nervous in August; however, the fans and open windows kept the room very comfortable. We took advantage of riding the gondola to downtown Telluride. This is a great amenity to access town without having to worry about parking a vehicle. Telluride was all that I hoped it would be and staying at the Peaks was a highlight of the trip.

We booked this resort on high hopes.. sadly we were disappointed. We understand staff shortage, but this was crazy.. in a resort with a price tag like this we had our room cleaned and towels changed 1x in 7 days. We were instructed in our check in to call the front desk the evening before to get a room clean but were never able to reach anyone at the front desk, every time we called it was voicemail. The times we went to speak to someone we found an empty desk and a concierge who was on the phone and refused to make eye contact with us. The room was nice, no heat and evenings and nights were in the 40s.. bed was horrible!! We actually took turns sleeping on the love seat.. Restaurant was beautiful with even better views. Food was not great..extremely overpriced for what you received.. We chose the Mountain View and was granted a parking lot room over looking a tarp! We are usually easy to please but everything about our experience at this resort was sad.. the only positive note was the amazing pool and spa set up, they do have a bar but all the drinks are warm and the bartender we encountered several times we went didn’t speak any English so it was hard to convey our needs..

Nice place and very friendly staffs. Our room was a little warm since there is not air condition. The room was very clean but needs some updates! Our card keys to our room did not work. While waiting outside our room to get the keys fixed, we can hear guests talking loudly in the hallway from their rooms. From our bathroom, we can also hear noises from the other room. Either the walls have bad insulation or the guests are really noisy! The gondola ride to downtown Telluride is a must!

Very nice and cozy resort and spa on top of the mountain. Great views and comfortable rooms. The pool is really nice and it’s close to lots of activities. The grounds are well manicured and the staff is friendly and courteous. Telluride is a quick gondola ride away

I visited Telluride at the end of July and stayed at the beautiful Peaks Resort and Spa! I was immediately blown away by how smooth my experience was here, specifically from the front desk associate Morgan. As this was my first visit to Telluride, she helped me out immensely both with the stay itself as well as suggesting things to experience throughout the town — like the gondola for amazing views and ease of travel. Everything was very clean and was stocked with all the proper amenities and I will definitely be returning!
