My partner and I stayed here on our first visit to Telluride. While pricy, the hotel is gorgeous and the staff are so friendly. We enjoyed the amenities in our room and made use of the pool, hot tub, and restaurant. The pool and hot tub, while heated, could have been warmer given the chilly weather. The restaurant had delicious breakfast, but only one person was working and our order took a long time. The website is easy to navigate for information, and we love the easy access to the gondola.

I was at Mountain Lodge from August 11 through the 14th, 2022 for the Jazz Fest. Sergio at the Front Desk was helpful and friendly and made me feel welcome. Throughout my stay I encountered professional and well-groomed people like Russell, Amber, Chris at the Concierge station, and excellent and knowledgeable waitstaff such as Imanual and I even got to meet Master Chef Perce. The breakfast is par excellance and is so filling that I was not even hungry by lunch. One morning the shuttle driver ran me down into Mountain Village so I could get a coffee and agreed to wait for me. So kind of him. I found that each time I came back to the hotel from an afternoon in Telluride, I strangely felt like I was coming home. My room was well-appointed, clean, conveniently laid out, and warm. I commend people like Russell and others for having to live so far away and enduring a long ride to and from work. The people who work there are well-deserving of their jobs. I wish happiness, peace, and the blessings of a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ to all the dedicated workers at Mountain Lodge. See you all again. Dave…

Every single staff member from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. They were able to last minute get us an early check in AND upgraded our room due sizing issues with our pack n play. They were above and beyond attentive and accommodating. Plus, the property was beautiful! Thank you so much!

I had a great stay at Mountain Lodge. The rooms are spacious and clean with most if not all of the amenity’s you would need for your stay. The view restaurant had amazing food and the view was incredible. All the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Matthew helped me check in and out which was an incredibly smooth process, Thanks Matthew! All in all I had a 10/10 stay at Mountain Lodge. Thank you!

Going to Telluride with a dog? You HAVE to stay at Mountain Lodge ! We had the best experience. My husband, dog and I stayed a few nights this fall. The rooms are cozy, yet spacious and we felt we could truly relax. The service was also top notch. The on-site restaurant, The View, is fantastic for both brunch/dinner, and has phenomenal views of the gondola and mountains. We absolutely loved how convenient this location was - only a short 5 minute walk to the gondola. There is also a shuttle available to take you to nearby locations in case walking isn't your jam. We will absolutely stay again!

We had another great stay at Mountain Lodge at the end of August plenty of fun things to do. Kids loved the outdoor pool, but it was a bit cold!! Really enjoyed the new teas provided in the kitchen!! Most people probably drink coffee i get that but finally a place that covers everyone!! Looking fwd to visiting again this winter to ski

Mountain Lodge was under roof construction. Things were not normal and adjusting the best they could. We stayed 3 nights. Matthew was very helpful during our stay. He was available to help us when he could.

Our stay was average at best, nothing terrible, but nothing great either, especially for what they charge per night. Our unit was ok, but unfortunately our view was of a construction site and workers were naturally out there so we got to hear all of that constant chatter making it impossible to even enjoy opening the doors. Also, the walls are extremely thin, not only could we hear every single person that walked in the hallway (tile, no rugs so was VERY loud!) but the upstairs guests were clunking around CONSTANTLY dropping crap and just generally being so annoying….they never stopped making noise!!! We won’t come back to this property, more than likely we’ll return to The Hotel Telluride in town, its much quieter and convenient to town.

Place is just ok. Units are nice, bathroom hardware is old and rusty. Main lodge pool is dirty, they do not have a pool vacuum to clean. Pool is not heated. Views are amazing. Staff is nice. Stay was ok, but would probably pick something better next time.

What a bad experience!!! We went here for our 40th anniversary and we had a horrible room and experience...broken items, no dresser, table, chair... Excessive noise with a crew of roofers starting early morning directly outside our window and above us! There were numerous fire and safety violations!! Then the hotel added several hidden and unknown costs.
