We stayed at the Madeline during the fall. Service was excellent, very friendly staff and wonderful location.Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. We will definitely be back to Telluride and the Madeline, we could've not had a better anniversary trip.

I spent two nights at this excellent hotel during a skiing trip to Telluride. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance to the ski slopes and lifts (they even have a ski valet!) and also next to many great restaurants and little ski shops in the mountain village. The hotel is very clean and luxurious with great amenities, perks and...

We made the journey to Telluride not knowing what to expect with closing ski weekend. We were not disappointed though our luggage did not make the connection in Denver which I understand is a common occurrence. But it arrived on the next flight to Montrose and we had everything by 11pm and did not miss any skiing. Our initial rooms...

Thank you travellingfamily5 for taking time out to share your Madeline experience. You were one of the lucky families and skiers who were treated to 40" of Telluride's champagne powder! Thank you as well for your comments on the pillows, I have passed along your feedback to housekeeping as we need more, I agree. We look forward to your return,...

We come to Telluride annually for a ski trip and this hotel makes each visit magical. The rooms are gorgeous (modern rustic decor), comfortable, and clean. The ski valet is phenomenal. The customer service is outstanding. We leave each year excited for the next year's visit.

I love Telluride and recently went for my 7th winter. This was the first time I stayed at the Madeline and will never stay anywhere else. Firstly, the location is steps from the lift and all rental shops so getting up and on the mountain couldn't be easier. We had breakfast, drinks and dinners in the hotel and all were...

Hotel is very nice and well maintained. Staff are helpful and courteous with a nice appearance. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The M Club food leaves much to be desired. The menu is very limited and the food is average at best. This is an area that a property of this caliber should improve.

We had an amazing time in Telluride thanks to the Madeline staff and location! We've been to several hotels in the area and this is the best location and nicest rooms. The pool/hot tub and ski valet (they keep your skis at base and warm your boots over night!) are icing on the cake. Duncan the manager, David at the...

I visit Telluride once a year and this is the best place we have stayed by far. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully and perfectly located in Mountain Village. Ski Valet is really nice feature, and the staff there is super helpful. Overall services and restaurants are amazing and really fit the Telluride vibe. Duncan...

Lobby staff, bell staff and ski valet staff were all excellent. Ryan in the Spa was/is "best in class". Room service staff left a little to be disired (barged in un-announced, did not clean the coffee machine and did not replenish hair products in shower. However, the overall experience was very good.
