Had a wonderful time at he Madeline Hotel! Accommodations were first class as well as the lobby living room and two fantastic restaurants. We had a huge 1600 sq foot two bedroom residence with mountain views which was heavenly. I also loved the ski valet. One note of caution: I had a significant problem with altitude sickness, and required supplemental oxygen. There is a company who provides this, Erich, so it’s a common problem especially at Mountain Village I’m told by medical staffers. I had to move to a different hotel in Telluride which is 1500 feet lower which helped. I am a healthy 60 year old woman. My twenty year old son had no problems whatsoever. But something to consider. Love the Madeline other than that! Great service, food and accommodations.

We have stayed at the Madeline several times. We have always had a great experience! The rooms are clean, the food is great, and it is conveniently located, ski in and ski out! The valet is the best in the business. See you next spring.

The Madeline is located in the Mountain Village conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The best part is you can walk from hotel to ski lifts or gondola. The front desk staff and valet parkers are super friendly. The rooms are nicely appointed but you can hear the room next door talking. Not what I like in a 5 star hotel. If you are willing to pay a premium for hotel ski in/ski our convenience, this is the place.

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel. We like the convenience of staying near the ski school for kids and Gondola. The place has remodeled the bar area which looks really modern. We stayed in a 2 bedroom residence with 2 king bedroom with separate bathrooms, it did include washer and dryer which is huge while skiing. Room did have a good view of the pool. The residence could use some upgrade but still very nice. Missed having the ski valet keeping our boots in the after ski day and getting them warm in the morning but totally understand the restriction and protocols due to covid. They did however kept our skis. They did struggle with housekeeping, we stayed 8 nights and our room was not done in the last 4 days after skiing and had to call several times to get it cleaned. Also turn down service, we only had it done ONCE during our entired stay as they always came around 8-9pm when we were back from dinner. it was Texas spring break so the ski lift lines were LOONG.. and the gondola, it was anywhere from 30-1 hr during peak hours morning and afternoon. I'm skeptical now but I think wil give it another change perhphaps.

The best hotel in the mountain village. It is convenient to all of the lifts. The dinner options are some of the best in Telluride! Make sure you go to the Timber Room and have the Elk Loin. It is definitely shareable.
