Intimate. Cozy. Special. The Inn at Lost Creek is a luxury boutique hotel with highly personalized services and with only 29 suites/condos and 3 studios a sense of intimacy is realized. All suites have kitchenettes, jetted tubs, steam showers and washer dryers. Condos feature full kitchens and well-appointed living areas with dining room. All condo units have mountain views as do most one bedroom suites. The Inn offers a principal position in Mountain Village, offering direct golf access in the summer and during winter the premier ski in/out location in Telluride. The gondola connecting Telluride and Mountain Village is steps away, as are numerous excellent choices for dining, shopping, and places to just gaze at the beautiful scenery.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn at Lost Creek for 5 nights in a junior suite. Let me start by saying that I am a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed at the nicest Hilton properties but there is something special about this property that makes it outshine anything I have seen elsewhere. The front desk and valets were ALWAYS friendly and ready to assist. The junior suite was perfectly laid out with plenty of room. It is clear that when designing this room that they cut no corners. Comfortable queen size bed, 2 closets, 2 side tables with drawers, 2 sinks, toilet closet, jacuzzi tub, steam shower with a seat, balcony with a table and 2 chairs, washer and drier and even provided laundry detergent, kitchen was small but well stocked. The hallways and elevators even had a high class and warm feel. Best of all though is location. This property is perfectly located next to the gondolas so getting to Telluride or the market is very convenient. Last but not least, the complimentary breakfast was perfect and being able to sit outside in the morning was a nice touch to start your day. I’m sure I forgot something but overall this is a spectacular property and we will be back.

We had a great stay at the Inn at Lost Creek. Beautiful room, kitchen well-appointed with good use of space. Loved the fireplace, steam shower and jacuzzi tub. Nice layout of closet/storage near entry for keeping bulky/wet snow clothes out of the way. Room was so comfortable with nice balcony and view that we were not very motivated to go out for dinner and did most meals in the hotel. Convenient ski valet on first floor for remaining gear. Location couldn't be more convenient for lifts/gondola/mountain village shops and restaurants. We definitely hope to stay here when we return to Telluride!

Two relatively minor disappointments:
1. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgable about hotel, but were clueless about ski school, lift tickets, and giving directions to anywhere. This was a bummer because it was our first time at telluride and we wasted a bunch of time trying to find ski school and rental equipment place after check-in which resulted in us missing the chance to get gear the day before skiing. Had to wake up extra early before lessons to get this done (for 2 adults and 2 young children).

Although we reserved suite for 4ppl (2 adults/2 kids), they only included complimentary breakfast for 2ppl (dropped off at room in am due to Covid). You had to purchase additional breakfast.

This was-again-a visit to this superb ski in, ski out boutique hotel. We love the rooms with the fireplaces, the layout of the rooms and the LOCATION in proximity to the Chondola! One of themany things that make this Inn Exceptional is the attention to the ski valet service. We are older and not having to carry skis and boots back and forth is a godsend! The rentals is also located in the same building with a discount. We LOVE the location and prefer Thai and curried foods, so we are in heaven because that is another advantage. During the pandemic, they do not have the warm cookies everyday and the great breakfasts, but they do provide a breakfast delivery to your room each day! For us, the only place the two of us will stay in Telluride, so CLEAN and gracious!

The Inn has a great location for ski in/out convenience, restaurants, and the gondola. The staff, including front desk, ski valet, breakfast servers, and bellhops were all very helpful, attentive, and courteous. Evening turn-down service was erratic. Breakfast buffet was quite good and ample with a different entre every day in addition to many other offerings. There are 2 hot tubs outside and users have to sign up ahead of time to use them.

Hello Bill H, thank you so much for leaving a review of the Inn at Lost Creek. Our hot tubs are complimentary to guests, but operated through reservations as you said. We believe this gives our guests the opportunity to enjoy them in privacy with friends and families. We work tirelessly so that our staff offers the best service at all times. Please take a look into summer tourism in Telluride; the Inn at Lost Creek yet again has a wonderful location for summer activities. With purpose, Stuart Darsey

Our first time in Telluride was the ultimate skiers’ dream: powder, snowed every day, variety of open trails and relatively short lift lines (during Christmas week!). What made this vacation particularly pleasant was our stay at the Inn at Lost Creek. The hotel is located in the heart of the Mountain Village, with easy access to ski lifts and gondolas. There was no need for a car, since we could find all amenities either within walking distance or by hopping in the gondola to Telluride. The hotel delivered pre-arrival grocery shopping straight to our kitchen. We stayed in both junior and 1-bedroom suites, and each room had a comfortable bed and a foldout couch, steam showers, large whirlpool tubs, a kitchenette and laundry machines that were very useful for the family. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping turned down beds for the night, which was a very nice touch. There is a small but convenient gym for basic cardio and stretching needs. We loved the ski valet service and how it improved the quality of our say – Cody was attentive and helpful. Overall, there are a lot of great things can be said about the Inn at Lost Creek’s staff: Eric, Emilia, Abigail, Martina and many others. The staff made every effort to accommodate our extended stay when our flight was canceled and we couldn’t leave for two days (not much of a hardship since we got to ski!). We would highly recommend this boutique hotel to other visitors.

Excellent 7 day stay at the Inn at Lost Creek. The staff and position is what makes this so good. It’s a 3 min walk to the main Chair lift (no. 4), ski school and Tomboy Tavern (good ski apres). 6 min walk to the Gondola to go down to Telluride twin and the hotel is opposite the Chondola (accesses all kids runs) Gondola. There are only 32 rooms (all with self contained kitchen, bath, shower, air con) so the staff know you by name and are very attentive - led by Stuart Darsey and Carmine in the ski valet. The room has reciprocal free access to the Peaks Spa where there is a pool with slide, sauna, fitness room and steam room..slide is excellent for kids. I will 100% be back.

Hi nick_abr, thank you so much for the kind words and such a thorough review. The Inn at Lost Creek really enjoyed your stay and hopes to see you again sometime soon. The Inn is one of the few properties in the entire destination that features air conditioning in the units. Thank you for making a note of the Peaks Spa - not many guests in the winter know to bring their bathing suits! Until next time, Stuart Darsey

From the moment we arrived we had the very best service. Everyone was extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. They have a perfect get ready to ski room where they house your boots on warmers and have your skis and poles outside waiting so all you have to do is ski to the lift which is literally right there. The rooms could use some updating and the bed was not my favorite but the location and staff made it all worth it.

We loved staying at the Inn! The rooms were ready when we arrived, Carlos gave us an excellent tour of the property and the front desk staff was always very accommodating and gave great activity recommendations. The location and ease of utilizing the Gondola made it very simple to get around and not have to use our own vehicles. Breakfast staff was always friendly and also offered great activity suggestions. We will definitely stay again!

Everything from location to staff at all levels was a very pleasant experience. Close to hiking, grocery store, shopping, gondola. Full kitchen was well equipped with good appliances. Housekeeping staff really excellent. Morning breakfast staff & food outstanding. This was our first time at this facility after 15 years at another nearby. Being smaller with fewer rooms made this a more relaxed & boutique-like experience. This was more expensive but well worth the difference. Anyone not familiar should be aware that the taxes, fees, and parking charges add about 25% to the nominal room rate (which is typical in that location). We were aware so no surprise.

There are a lot of fine accommodations in the Mountain Village area - none that I've stayed in match the service you'll enjoy at Lost Creek. The staff go out of their way to see that your needs are not just met but anticipated. Along with a perfect location by the gondola in the Village core the bar, restaurant and valet services make your stay easy and enjoyable. Too many staff members to mention but special shout outs to Stuart, Carmine and Jody who always make me feel like a member of the family!

Hello cuindurango, thank you so much for the wonderful words. It's our objective to do just that - make our guests feel part of the family. Telluride is a unique and quaint town; we want our guests to feel the locals' vibe and feel part of the community. Our staff is always helpful for local dive bars, the best happy hour, or where to get a cheap bite to eat. We can't wait for your next arrival! Safe travels. Best, Stuart Darsey

Coffee in-room or at breakfast in the restaurant. They even got us a pitcher of ice so we could make iced coffee each day. The breakfast is outstanding and they have something for everyone. I do believe it starts @ 7am.
