The hotel is luxurious and has the best spacious and very well furnished rooms. The gym, Spa and extended pool are all awesome. The only big failure with it is that it is so noisy: doors slamming, loud music on the pool day and night and special events with very loud music till midnight on the roof not considering at all the guests sleeping or wanting to rest or even complaining about it. The whole hotel is silent except in the rooms which is very odd. I would have loved to stay in it again and again but with this noise and mismanagement through the Sales Department and Guest Relation it’s impossible. I hope this comment is be seen by people who are in charge.

Booked one night to attend a special event nearby the hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel itself is nicely built, with a spacious room but the staff in general are very poorly trained and are not professional at all. They are also lacking hygiene. for example, the guy at the reception had severe gum inflammation (i am a dentist), dirty uniforms, smell of body odour. I can go on. U just get the sense that except may be for the top managers the general staff have never worked in hospitality before. For 15000 EGP per night u expect to get a good quality of service but like everything in Egypt u pay very high prices for less than average quality. I would not stay here again 👎🏼

This hotel is marked 5 star but nothing about it is.
Beware that this beach is not private beach and open to the general public who are locals and take over your seats and throw all their rubbish on the beach.
If you are a foreigner like us who came with their bikini and swimsuit looking for serenity and privacy do not come here.
We stayed for 8 nights and paid over 300 USD per night half board.
Morning breakfast is basic with only tea and filtered coffee. Dinner, there is only filtered water and you will be charged for extra drinks. Locals are taking food away, and plastic and rubbish found.
We shared our concern with guest relation and general manager but there is little they can do.
We will stick to Hurghada and read sea for a better return of service and dignity.

Horrible staff and worst service ever...it's not worth the money. Staff just don't care and are not willing to provide any service. The rooms and the chalet we stayed in is just below standard. It's just not clean and the house keeping don't even bother to vacuum it. They don't provide the towels until you ask for it a million tines, and the rooms just smell so bad. The chairs are broken and they just glue it together.

The view is superior, the pools and water features are soothing and cool to the eyes. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated beautifully in a modern Art Deco style. This was my second visit to this resort. It had just opened when we went last year. So many nice additions: the beach was smooth and safe, installation of barriers to keep the strong under currents of the Northshore at bay. The kids enjoyed the Splash AquaPark which is included for guests of the hotel. The live entertainment in the evening, and playground area for the kiddos. All staff members are sincerely interested in the comfort of the guests. A wonderful time was had by the whole family, wish we could have stayed longer!

First of all is the fantastic location on the Egyptian North Coast, where the clear turquoise sea. Also, the stony wave protection barrier built in the sea is perfectly doing its work making the water exactly as turquoise velvet carpet. The Aqua Park was also so nice for my children. The cleanliness of the room was terrible, I found a peanut and a nail on a towel in the bathroom. I asked for a bed cover which arrived after 1 hour (I had to make 3 phone calls)
I asked for more water bottles (they charge you for that) and I was being volleyed between guest services and housekeeping.
On checkout, I had to take my luggage down because they couldn't send someone from luggage services in 30 mins.
I kept asking for food menu on the beach for over an hour and couldn't get it until I left.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The food at the restaurant was terrible. I had booked a room for myself, my wife, and my childrens, including breakfast and dinner, but after eating there once, we never went back because of how bad the food was. For every meal, we had to leave the hotel, eat outside, and then return. The rooms were also very dirty, with stains on the bathroom walls. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel can be rated five stars. Our room was supposed to have a pool view for the kids, but the balcony doors were not numbered, so sometimes the kids would walk into the wrong room, and other people accidentally entered ours. It was incredibly uncomfortable. This hotel doesn’t deserve more than two stars at best.
