Beautiful rooms with comfy beds and great showers (high pressure). Rooms are located in a beautiful rainforest garden with a nice infinity jungle pool. As for the breakfast. It is buffet style. Standard. Fresh juices would have made the breakfast a little more special.

I went there with my boyfriend for the weekend. Everything was perfect, the place is nicer than the pictures. The staff is nice and the pool is great. We loved the breakfast, with tropical fruits, pancakes, gallo pinto and coffe or orange juice. We get there by car from Heredia city and we didn't have trouble to find it. I... More

The staff was very attentive and pleasant, we stayed in a relative comfortable room, BUT the biggest drawback was NO AC, just a ceiling fan. With temperatures ranging over mid high 80s (over 26 C) at night, no breeze and humidity over 90 it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. No handicap parking near the reception even less... More

Firstly, this is an eco lodge in the heart of the rainforest so don't expect five star luxury. The rooms are simple but will provide all your basic needs and the bed was very comfortable. Food was adequate, we found eating a la carte the better choice than the buffet fayre. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Plenty of... More

Our group stayed at the lodge for two nights before departing for La Fortuna. Staff greeted us warmly, giving each couple their room key then guiding us to our rooms. We were assigned room #3 of 8 in the first circular building closest to reception. With the building being round and having a cone shaped roof, each room had a... More

When my I.T group and i went there it was a really awesome experience. We had a lot of fun even though it was a short stay. the only thing I did not like was the humidity. But what else can you expect from a rainforest right. I would recomend this unique experience to all the go getters out there.

Five lodges and a restaurant/bar on approx. six hectare beautiful tropical garden. Eight rooms per lodge. Spacy, clean and cooled with a fan. No media connection or fridge. Colourfull map with excursions, which were not available. No smokers area on the terrain even not on the parking lot. Menu very restricted; pricing not. Personnel friendly and helpfull.

The lodge was in the rainforest, so expect to see animals such as frogs, bugs and sloths. The pool was very exotic and well maintained. The food was great with lots of fresh fruits. Sleeping in the grass huts was unique experience. Even though the doors were closed all day, some how bugs managed to get into the room .... More

This place is wicked! An awesome pool that gives an unforgettable view among the thick and dense rain forests of Costa Rica. The food is great, however it was hard to eat when you were worrying about the huge beetles on the roof that could land in your good old spaghetti at any time.

Foremost, there is absolutely no air conditioning (either in the rooms, restaurant or lobby), so be prepared and schedule your visit for the cooler dry season. The room to which I was assigned in “Jaguar” building had a somewhat adequate bathroom, though precious little counter space for toiletries. The “closet” consists of wire frames shaped like a woman and a... More
