I stayed in Room 26, and was able to see a bunch of howler monkeys, go on a trail, walk on the hanging bridge. They have a seating area in the restaurant where we can take pictures of birds eating. The car parking is secure.

We visited Dave & Dave's back in Jan. As mentioned, it isn't too far from Selva Verde. On the day we visited we saw a lot of birds, but you never know what birds will be around on any given day. There is a charge for visiting, it was $40 per person. We decided not to hike the trail to the river, we just enjoyed seeing the birds. Dave is a good host and is very knowledgeable about the local birds, animals and fauna.
