We recently stayed at this hotel. On arriving, the staff were welcoming and helpful. When we went into the room, it was cold, but it was very clean and finished to a high spec. The facilities were good, however the shower was not powerful enough. Moving onto the restaurant that

Hotel okay! Avoid the restaurant! Grubby appearance with food from previous diners left on the floor! The whole place needed a good clean! Staff okay but very casual in their relationship with the guests. Food was average at best!

We visited Premier Inn Sidcot on Wed 29th May for breakfast, arriving approx. 9.15am. On arrival we were (not professionally) greeted by a staff member who obviously didn't want to be there as she was tutting and sighing the entire time. We opted for the £9.50 breakfast, and as

Response from WhitbreadHotels, Guest Relations at Premier Inn Bristol Sidcot (A38) Hotel
Responded 1 week ago
Hello Leah, thanks for taking the time to review our Bristol Sidcot (A38) hotel. I'm very sorry to hear of the issues you had team member service, food quality and general cleanliness of the restaurant. I can imagine these issues combined left you feeling very let down which certainly isn't what we'd want for our guests. With issues such as these, we'd always encourage speaking with a member of staff as this would give them the chance to put things right and will hopefully help improve your experience. However, we can appreciate this isn't always possible so thanks for bringing it to our attention. Just so you know, I've now passed your comments to the hotels and restaurants management team so they can look in to what improvements can be made going forward. We wouldn't want issues like these to continue so retraining for the House Keeping and Kitchen team will most likely be looked in to. We hope this doesn't make you think twice about returning so please have confidence this isn't our usual standard and your comments will be picked up. If you'd like to discuss this further, please do so with our Guest Relations team who you can reach by calling 0333 003 0025 (option 1). Thanks again for getting in touch and we hope to welcome you back again soon. Ricky
