Stayed one night after a holiday in Cornwall. First impression was good reception staff friendly and helpful but once we had booked in we saw the stairs OMG winding spiral stairs and we had 3 suitcases no lift available thankfully we could manage. Our room was clean and had the standard furniture you expect in premier inn but the bathroom... More

Hi 2Buxtonpeople Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. I'm really sorry to hear about the unacceptable standard the bathroom in the room you were given. I've passed your comments onto the Operations Manager to follow up with the maintenance team. I'm also sorry to hear that cleanliness in the Sidcot Brewers Fayre restaurant wasn't up to standard.... Standard premier inn room, but very enjoyable stay. Clean and tidy. Warm welcome by all staff. Breakfast served quickly and nicely cooked. Having a glass of wine on the terrace with the evening sun and overlooking the local valley was very pleasant. Good value for money and a great place to stop for the weekend.

En route to Bristol airport after long drive from Cornwall, this was a great place to stop for the night. It's far nicer than your normal Premier Inn (and we've stayed at loads of them across the land so I know what I'm talking about ). From the outside it looks like a lovely country hotel complete with outside seating... More

A quick pit stop before an early flight from Bristol. The rooms are of the old style and are due for the upgrade but perfectly clean. Sarah at reception was lovely and friendly, printing out my boarding pass she helped no end. The restaurant was as you would expect, the staff were friendly and efficient and the outside dining area... More

Stayed on a Friday night in the middle of a stressful house move and this turned out to be the perfect antidote. The hotel is well set back from the A38 so there is minimal noise from traffic and ample parking. The receptionist made us feel very welcome, showed us how to get to our room (25)and gave useful information... More

Stayed at this hotel for a night on our way home from our holiday. The morning and evening staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy the only down side was there is no lift in this hotel and was hard for my mother in law to get up the stairs with... More

Went to cheddar for a weekend for my dads 40th and stayed in this hotel, all staff were very welcoming and helpful! The bar and restaurant connected to this hotel was very cheap as well! The rooms were all kept lovely and clean all through our stay! Would defiantly recommend anyone to stay in this hotel when visiting cheddar.

The room (28), smelt enough to upset unpleasant - my wife was very unhappy with it! No lifts. Very difficult to get around from some rooms: we were lucky to be near a emergence door we were told we could use. Staff helpful and breakfast fine. Needs a major updated. Glad we only stayed one night.

Firstly the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, the room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We booked a meal deal and I must say our evening meal was delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed it, there was plenty of choice for breakfast the next morning it certainly set us up for or flight that morning. I certainly would... More

Old building no lifts but I had booked an accessible room because of my disability. It was more than adequate. Bathroom had lots of handrails and a shallower bath. Bed comfortable .Room clean and tidy. Weston super mare about 4/5 miles away and Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole not far either. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a... More
