Like a lot of people, we used this hotel due to its proximity to Bristol Airport. We arrived around midnight after a long journey and were swiftly dealt with by the night manager. The somewhat minuscule reception area together with a steep flight of stairs to the rooms was a little off putting and the general feel of the corridors... More

Time has overtaken this place. We have stayed four times. Used to be the only choice to stay from Cornwall direction before flying. Now cheap and run down with overgrown shrubbery everywhere. Reception here always tries hard and then we were led a long way through the bar, outside in the rain, etc. to a disabled room, "the only one... More

In the distance the building looks quite palatial. On close inspection it's a dump with dirty windows.Only ate here out of necessity. Husband ordered the fish and chips and only ate part of the dish as hungry. Dry fish matted to the batter. It looked so bad I wouldn't even have picked my knife and fork up had it been... More

Let me preface this review by saying the reception staff were some of the best we have come across Having stayed in an other premier inn the night before my expectations were set quite high when this site was almost double the price The room was clean but only 1 useable power outlet. The bathroom is the reason for the... More

We arrived at 3 am after our flight was delayed. The room was clean but smelt very damp and musty which was very off putting. We didn't complain at the time as we were exhausted. Only two towels for three people. We went to breakfast and was very disappointed. Coffee was Luke warm, hot water for tea was Luke warm,... More

Not impressed, was directed to our room through grotty fire exit doors which was confusing at first . Bathroom smelt damp . And was put off breakfast by food splattered up walls next to me. Would not recommend .

Just stayed here with my wife and daughter, thankfully only for 1 night. We have stayed in lots of other premier inn's all over the country and I can honestly say this is by far the worst. Our room was at the rear of the hotel and was very dark and depressing and really didn't smell the best. It seemed... More

Stayed for one night before travelling to airport at 3am ! Reception lady lovely and helpful, room clean, bed really comfy ! (Not rock hard like so many hotel beds now ! ). Hotel set in an old building which is unusual but well kept. Ate at Brewers fare next door - not amazing, staff (except for manager) rather surly... More
