We rented an apartment in Vall de Nuria, the place its a nice mountain resort in the heart of the Pyrenees. The resort can only be reached with the train this means that the place has avoided to be too crowded and if you stay overnight, after the last train of the day has left; the place its a heaven... This 3 stars hotel is good and is a tree stars hotel. Breakfast is great and food in the evening is very decent. (Nice buffet on both night we were there) No cars as the only way to access the site is by a mountain train. However its location is exceptional and the whole place is a wonder of nature... More

We have spent a nice weekend making igloos, meeting nice people, having great food and enjoying great Núria landscapes. Our reservation hadn't arrived to them but they made sure that everything was OK. Thanks, Isabel, for your help!

Núria is a very special place: much like Montserrat, it combines nature, religion, and history. The monastery, hotel, and ski resort sit at almost 2000 m above sea level, and can only be reached by a 3-hour hike (with a 1000 m incline) or by a quaint rack train. On to the hotel, the superior rooms were recently renovated and... More

Great location, excellent hiking paths, stunning views. The service was terrible, at first claimed that our reservation did not include breakfast and dinner and when the lady at the reception bothered to check found out she was wrong but couldnt find it within herself to appologize. The apartment for five has a sofa that shouldnt be allowed for sleeping which... More

Hotel is good, the superior rooms are worth paying extra for. Dinner and breakfast buffets a little expensive but fine. The 5 star rating is for the stunning location and the helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed here for two nights in the apartments. The rooms were big and comfortable. Kids loved the animals and the walking path around the lake. The train tickets are free for unlimited number of tours if you stay for more than one night in the hotel. There are many things to do outdoors. We spent one Day going down... More

I attended a conference at this hotel. We were between 100 and 150 people. While the location is spectacular, there problem with the services available. For example, no laundry. I am on the road for 24 days and I had planned to do my laundry once a week. No laundry, so I had to do it in the sink. By... More

In the summer this is a great area for walking and with skiing in the winter it offers a wide choice of activities, the hotel is well suited for families with a boating lake and children’s rides. The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly but our room was small and the walls and ceilings are very thin so there was... More

We stayed here for 2 nights with a group of friends. The situation is magnificent and has wonderful views all around. It's a 3 star hotel so don't expect luxury but the rooms and restaurant are fine. We left the car in Queralbs as there is a big carpark there and came up on the "cremallera" which takes about 20 minutes. If... More
