We stayed 1 night in this hotel and we loved it. The service is impeccable, honestly worth 5*. As soon as you arrive the reception staff greets you and concierge parks your car, unload the luggage and ski equipment, brings luggage is the room and ski in the ski room, while you are checking in. There is a free shuttle to the cable car, which is very practical. Room is very stylish and bedding is soft and comfortable We had dinner in the hotel and we enjoyed it a lot, food was very good and ambiance of the restaurant is really cozy. Spa is pretty, but not so much of sitting area (1h of spa access per person included) Hope to come back soon!

Having stayed and had a wonderful time at the hotel before Christmas, we booked again and stayed for 5 nights last week. We cannot speak highly enough of the standard of service received in every department. From Jose the manager down throughout the whole team, they are so happy, knowledgable and can’t do enough for you. The food, selection of wines, quality and decor of rooms, spa are all superb. To cap it all, there is a shuttle Mercedes people carrier service that takes you to and picks you up from the lift station or wherever you return. Well done team Jose

We are half way through our 8 day stay and wish we’d booked a longer visit. The rooms are spacious and well decorated all with a view to the mountains. The breakfast is very complete with many choices of fruit, crêpes or pancakes with efficient and friendly service by an international staff. The receptionists go beyond the call of duty to accommodate any requests. Very friendly and helpful as is Jose the concierge and the drivers of the hotel luxury car which is available to take guests as required. We’ve been to many Swiss hotels but we put this one at the top of our list.
