After experiencing in multiple occasions, Grand Hotel Pigalle in Paris for professional trips, we went to Verbier experimental chalet with familiy for a ski week end. Everything we like form the experimental group is there from design, attention to details, beddings and foods. The chalet sets experience to another level thanks to the staff which is demonstrating every minute attention to guests, care and massive smile to address all questions and needs. A massive thanks to everyone and a special one to Adrienne. We will for sure come back very soon.

I was there for a couple of days. the restaurant is very good but the meals offered lack of a healthy variation like a salad. the rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated. it is just splendid. but the spa is small. there is place for two people in the sauna, not a leg more...overall a very nive stay, except if you take into consideration that they s erves me a CHF 22 per glass Bourgogne in a standard glass...if you charge the price, better be able to serve it correctly. the food is excellent.

Dear OthelloCobalt, We are happy to read that you had a pleasant stay with us and thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry that the size of our spa didn't match your expectations. Concerning our food beverage offer, we have informed our Chef and please do not hesitate next time to ask your waiter for 'tailormade' dish . We are always flexible and happy to prepare dishes on request of our guest. We hope to welcome you back very soon. Kind regards from sunny Verbier. Adrienne and the whole team of Experimental Chalet"

We stayed at EC for 2.5 weeks in January 2021 on a work / ski holiday. Immediately from when we arrived the hotel staff made us feel welcome and at home. The hotel has a great decor and the rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel has many nice touches like 2x daily room service, boot room and two drivers to take you to and from the slopes and who are eager to provide tips on where to ski. The spa, restaurant and cocktail bar have great service and cuisine. The restaurant has quite an impressive wine list to go alongside an excellent -- if small -- menu. As with all things in Verbier, dining out can be expensive. We can't wait to go back.

From the moment we were greeted by the professional, outgoing front desk staff and our super friendly driver/porter, Hugo, we immediately felt at home here. The staff was phenomenal -- totally professional yet not stuffy, and always quick to help with anything we needed or asked. Awesome vibe to this place -- vintage chalet chic, and yet comfortable enough that you feel right at home. Fireplaces and stylish furniture fill the common spaces, and there's a nice little spa area with a jacuzzi that looks out towards the mountains. Rooms and bathrooms are generously sized. While we came for the hotel and knew that the Experimental group was known for its cocktail bars, the restaurant was the pleasant surprise that blew us away. We ate there three nights in a row and every meal we had was incredible. Thank you to the great team at Experimental Chalet -- we will be back.

This place is really only a bed and breakfast masquerading as a hotel. Small poky rooms, tiny bathroom with no shelves and cheap fittings. No place to store your ski gear, Way overpriced ,Better to stay elsewhere

Dear FrequentFlier551772, We are sorry to hear that our hotel wasn't matching your expectations. We are taking a lot into consideration feedbacks from our guests and we hope to find a way to enhance our services. The ski room and Boots room are there for your ski gear at the back of the hotel and our Restaurant is also open in the evening with a new coopération with the French Chef Grégory Marchand. We do hope you'll have the opportunity to come back and give us a second chance to show you our guest service. Kind regards from snowy Verbier, Adrienne Giraud General Manager
