he hosts were very friendly, good breakfast and amazing location. Loved the "shuttle service" to the lift. It was quiet. "Plastic"-Floors in the spa area made it seem old and dirty...smell in the room (former smoking room?)...bathroom...bed not built for tall people.

Hotel was filthy. Rooms run down - don't belief their photos. One room of our party was basically in a basement. Manager took pleasure in being unhelpful. Spa was so disgusting and filthy - brings a wet suit so you don't get an infection! Awful experience - saw so many better hotels much better location when walking about and regret...

Dear Guest, Our receptionist Jeanette did the right thing. It is clearly stated that the room you booked has no view. The pictures of the room are exactly like the room, no editing whatsoever. Yes, there are many better hotels with much better location. Likewise, there are many people with better manners than you and your group of friends. It...

Very spacious & clean room, very friendly & helpful staff. Only negatives were; a little bit far from the slopes/lifts (although they do have transport) and not a great view from our balcony/terrace (compared to others we've stayed in) but to be honest at this price point, they are very minor points. Overall a great little hotel & excellent value!

This is my best hotel stay so far. The owners greeted us personally upon arrival and we could check-in immediately. The room was clean and has a nice big balcony. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Imagine waking up in the morning and be treated to the majestic view of the Swiss Alps. Nothing could beat that. We went...

Snow is late in Saas Fee this December but the warmth of Hotel La Collina and its friendly services far made up the deficit. This is my 4th visit at La Collina. It's really cosy & quaint. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very well house-kept. Room rates are reasonable especially with the Wellness facilities provided.

On Augsust 26, we returned to La Collina where we had stayed several times already though many years ago and were not disappointed! Same very nice and quiet location atop a small hill but still very close to a variety of shops and restaurant. Very nice and fairly spacious junior suite like room with kingsize bed and adjacent sitting room...

My husband and I stayed here in Room 17 for 4 nights for our anniversary. The room was big and the bed very comfortable, the view from the balcony was excellent and the breakfast delicious. There was nothing not to like about this hotel and I would highly recommend it. You really get a lot for your money and the...

Arrived at la collina to a warm welcome and beautiful surroundings. A synompony of high alps encased the town. Peter greeted us and had deep local knowledge. Pool facilities are available from 4 until 8. Towels provided via reception. Room was spacious with excellent views of alps. Thank you for a wonderful trip. :-)

Went here with a group of friends to celebrate my 50th Birthday, Peter and Jeanette could not have been more helpful or welcoming. They organised a fun drinks evening and then with external catering an excellent meal in a separate location. The menu was interesting while pandering to the tastes of 30 people. Since we were a such a large...
