The hotel is lovely but be prepared to be woken up early (6:30/7am) every day with the church bells which are right next to the hotel and go off every 15 minutes. While we were here on a ski trip, we were prepared to get up early but this definitely was extremely frustrating by the second day. We also found... More

Very well situated hotel. Good restaurant. Recently renovated. We had a room with a balcony and a view on at least 6 mountains +4000 m. Interesting price class. Quiet situation. For chose this hotel again for my next stay in Saas-Fee.

We called into Saas Fee for a short ski break on a recent trip to Switzerland. We were greeted at the Dom with great enthusiasm at reception following our trip in their electric cart from the car park to the hotel (Saas Fee is car free). Our room was very cool (201) large with a bath at one end, separate... More

This hotel made me and my young children feel very welcome. Rooms are comfortable although the lighting system is confusing. We ate at the restaurant every night and enjoyed the delicious food and the friendly waitering. I look forward to coming back.

We stayed in this hotel in Jan 2016 in a "superior room". The finish on the room was superb and there was space for a fold up bed for our 4 year old daughter without a problem. The breakfast was very fresh and there was a good choice. The staff where helpful and friendly. A lot of reviews mention the... More

We've booked a beautiful room (opposite side to the church) end of the year and we had such a great time that we wanted to expand our stay for 1 night more. At first, the hotel was fully booked but thanks to a cancellation, we had the chance to stay one more night! The breakfast is also incredible (maybe we... More

Saas Fee is already a pearl... and The Dom hotel is a little shining pearl inside the village. After a reservation mistake, the direction offered us a wonderful upgrade, which gave us the possibility to stay in one of the largest room we've ever had. No nonsense service from the receptionist ladies. Prompt and unfussy hotel driver took us to/from the lifts. Room was modern yet still preserved the mountain feel. Excellent English tv channel selection!!!! Super breakfast. Order eggs! A shame the sauna is next door at a sister hotel. Lastly- excellent value.

Fantastic centrally located hotel. Everything was great including service, cleanliness, room. Staff is extremely helpful & pleasant. Pick up at the parking garage is quick & easy when traveling with luggage. Easy walk to slopes, shops, restaurants. The hotel restaurant is also excellent. Only possible complaint would be the mattress is too hard.

The Dom offers amazing service. The location is perfect to enjoy every aspects of sass-fee. Not quite "on" the slopes, yet their shuttle service is incredible. The breakfast is generous and delicious. They also have an amazing network within Saas-fee. You can go to their partner hotel for the spa, without additional charges. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel The Dom - Where tradition and today meet Our hotel is situated in the center of Saas-Fee, a location with the best-possible guarantee of snow in Europe, and embedded in the typical architecture of the 19th century, when tourism was dominated by the English. In 2011 we restored this historical building, the oldest hotel in the village, at great effort and, at the same time, with great care. The interior captivates with its modern elegance paired with antique elements. Our lovingly furnished 28 rooms also offer you technological comfort of the highest standard. Each room comes with an iPad, and thus for the duration of your stay in our hotel you have access to a diverse and individually tailored information and entertainment offering. ... more   less
