We had an excellent week at this small hotel. Every detail was superb from the charming owners to the very comfortable room. The breakfasts were substantial & although we had booked only bed & breakfast, we ate twice in the restaurant in the evening, both times a la carte. Great menu choice & superb cuisine. Our family with 2 small... More

Wonderful hotel, with some of the best service and hospitality I have experienced in the Swiss Alps. It may be marketed as a three-star hotel, but service, location and general ambience is five-star. And Saas-Fee is on top of it a beautiful village with great skiing. Strongly recommend this hotel to visitors.

Reservation This was a return visit to Saas-Fee and to the accommodation offered by the Hotel Mistral, but this time we stayed in an apartment in the Chalet Nicoletta (which proved an ideal base for relaxing when high winds closed the ski lifts on our first two days). Heidy and Alex Supersaxo took our original email booking quickly and efficiently,... More

We loved our stay at the Hotel Mistral. Everything about it was perfect from our lovely, modern room to the friendly service to the delicious, quality food and exceptional hospitality. The Hotel is central and we found it the perfect location with just a short walk to shops. We noticed local residence's dining at the restaurant which is something I... More

Heidi and Alex and all the staff looked after us so well during our week over New Year. The food, as usual, was excellent. The warmth of the welcome set the tone for a lovely week. Thanks also to Beatrice, Uschi, Fransizka and the talented crew in the kitchen. P.S. the boot room was a rare treat: dry boots every... More

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Mistral six times (all trips were ski holidays.) It is an intimate hotel of great charm in a superb location (a three minute walk to the ski school meeting grounds.) Like Switzerland itself, the Hotel Mistral is proof that small can be very beautiful indeed. The hotel is owned and... More

This was our first stay at Mistral (and second holiday in Saas Fee). The hotel is run by Supersaxo family who, together with their staff, made our holiday an excellent experience. Mrs Supersaxo and her son Alex were nice, friendly and very helpful and made everything to make us feel welcome at their hotel. We were given a gift of... More

This lovely hotel is owned by the family Supersaxo who takes care of its guests with personalised attention. This place is ideally located : near the ski runs of Saas-Fee, in the heart of the town and its activity (shopping, after ski bar, micro bowling, restaurant, nightlife, etc.). The half board consists of a 4 courses menu, delicate dishes and... More

The Mistral had come recommended and in my experience it often pays to listen to others who have 'dipped toes in the water' already. As it happens they were completely right, all the staff at the family operated Mistral went out of their way to see that everything that could be done for me, was done. This is a three... More
