Excellent Hotel team. The only thing that I have to criticize is that many "small" extracts (e.g. late check out after 12:30 p.m., even if easily possible) are charged extra. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are typical Italian Style, good quality, just great to have that in Switzerland. Nothing for Non-Italian-fans though ...

Been here on a weekend trip to Saint Moritz ski resort, stunning architecture, nicely renovated, but seems to have seen the best of its days. Great sauna & spa, though. Below-average service unfortunately.

I have been to this hotel twice in 2017 and it offers very nice and modern room, super comfy bed, nice bar and beautiful spa. Defenetely a good address. People working there are very kind too. The only thing that it could be improved is the food for dinner.m: very good choice of vegetables and antipasti but if you take...

Generally reception and bar staff are friendly. Went half board but water was charged and tap water is too dangerous to drink according to staff. Room was also poorly cleaned including a partially cleaned toilet. Also wifi is terrible, slow and difficult to connect to. At over 250 quid a night i expected better. Will update review at the end...

We stayed in a big room (2 adults, 2 children) and there was enough space for all of us, big bathroom etc. Staff mainly speaking Italian, but tried to speak German / English and were VERY helpful and friendly. Overall, good value for the money and we will go back :-)

This hotel is set in a great location..a beautiful palace in Pontresina and offers room at a good price. However the hotel misses many details. Rooms are small and get very hot in the night, the swimming pool is small, not at all luxurious and not on the same floor as the spa (as it is common in good hotels),...

If you enjoy Italian culture/language/customs- a perfect place to stay. If you either don't like Italians or prefer an authentic Swiss experience, then this hotel is not for you. 100 % staff and 90% of the guests are Italian, so it's a very unusual dolce vita immersion in a small alpine village Things we enjoyed the most: 1. It is a fascinating late nineteenth-century castle fortress in the heart of the Upper Engadine, just 5 km from St. Moritz, with imposing and appealing architecture. It has been completely refurbished and its windows look out onto a unique panorama over Val Roseg and the evocative glaciers of the Bernina range. The spacious interior, including two restaurants and a splendid spa, offers the perfect tailor-made size for young and old. It is a short distance from the main ski facilities of the district, such as the Kinderlift Alp Languard Pontresina just 0.5 km away, the Celerina Corviglia 8 km away, or the Corviglia Sankt Moritz 9 km away. ... more   less
