The hotel is conveniently situated in the centre of Rad Ragaz, just 7 minutes walk to the Tamina bathhouse. The staff is very helpful, and attentive. The room on the garden side of the hotel is modern, quiet and comfortable.
Nice hotel with overall very friendly staff. Great rooms. Car park available in the basement. You need to make sure you get a room where wifi works. This is 2020, but the hotel management is not worried about not having wifi in all rooms. ‘You can always change room’ and ‘nobody else complains’ are the comments from hotel management.
Just stayed one night but was still impressed. Nice room, very clean and functional with lots of helpful details (coffee, tea, amenities, fruit, special pillow). Very friendly staff at reception and in the morning -(had a very early breakfast because of a seminar)- everything was perfect, candles lit, nice buffet with lots of variety and everything fresh and high quality... Only ‚negative‘: room overlooking street, not quiet at night. I would return anytime!
I really enjoyed my recent stay at the cosy Sorell Hotel Tamina. I have been at many (incl. luxury) properties, but it was the first time that I was met with a cup of hot tea (on a cool November afternoon). The reception and catering staff were more than accommodating - they were approachable, friendly and caring. The facilities at the hotel truly befit its category and ensure a comfortable stay. I was visiting with a colleague and our room was clean, warm, spacious, stylish and well equipped. (The bed was exceptionally comfortable - one can sleep like a baby here!) We had the pleasure of dining at the hotel and the cuisine was delicious. Once again, I should say that the staff made the experience even better by going out of their way to help us. Whilst Bad Ragaz is quite small on its own, it's very close to Liechtenstein, and well connected to key cities across Switzerland, incl. Zurich. For that reason, I truly recommend it, as well as Sorell Hotel Tamina, for a nice getaway in the footsteps of the gorgeous Swiss Alps.…
Nice and clean is utmost important for business travel. This hotel provides basic necessities and room is equipped with amenities that you require. Check in is smooth and staff is helpful. Only thing they don’t be able to check out early in the morning like 7am or check in before 9pm. We have to Ensure we can check out early morning so we have to check out at 7pm before our dinner the night before. Very unique in my view. Have underground parking but you have to pay 15 Swiss franc .. not cheap! The breakfast is simple with typical spread of cold cut like ham , cornflakes and bread ! They prepared early at 630am as we wed to leave by 645 even they know opened at 7am in Saturday. Very impressive and flexible not typical in Europe ! Convenient to assess to town and many restaurants ! …
