We started our recent Sri Lankan holiday with three nights at Rosyth Estate in early April. Expectations were high based upon the opinion of our Travel Agent, but these were comfortably surpassed. It really is the most gorgeous, welcoming and relaxing of places and I cannot

Dear Paul, Lucie and Eva, thank you for your lovely comments and feedback. We are delighted that the team managed to make your stay into a special memory. Over recent weeks the island had been rocked by the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks, but the beauty of our country and the genuine care and commitment of our staff remains unchanged - they really appreciate the feedback. Our Estate Superintendent is Subramanium and indeed he celebrated his 40th anniversary of working for us on the 22nd April - we are privileged to have him as part of our team and the wealth of experience and wisdom that he shares with us and our guests. Kind regards, Neil

Thank you for your feedback and we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. Arriving by train to Polgohawella is an excellent choice but not many of guests then grab a tuk-tuk - we are glad it worked out so well, we hope we will get the chance to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, Neil

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that I have been slow responding, You were indeed one of our early guests in the new Rock Villa and it is great to have the feedback. We wanted to capture with the new villa and provide the privacy that being a little further from the main house provides. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and I hope that one day we will get the chance to welcome you back. Kind regards, Neil

This is an exquisite hotel. Just 11 rooms and each room ar6tistically decorated in an older British tea plantation. Only 50 miles from Colombo, it is a low country tea estate along with other crops. The food is excellent and service great. It is a unique experience and I like
