Fantastic hotel with great sauna and spa facilities. It's arguably the best one we've been to in the world. They have the largest sauna one in the world that fits up to 300 people plus at least 20 other sauna/steam rooms around the place. Happy to go again and we will be back.

Highly luxurious hotel that is really worth visiting. Unique interior and customer is the king everywhere and everytime. You feel like in the palace as the name of the hotel states. Baths are the must see in this place.

I travelled here on a business trip and my work psid for the stay. Let me tell you, this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were absolutely huge. In fact, it was more of an apartment than a room. I had an entirely separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen complete with stovetop and dishwasher. Breakfast was brought up to me by an attractive staff member every morning. The accommodations were fantastic.

What really sets this hotel apart is the spa. An entire roman styled spa is available for free use of hotel guests. This spa included at least 5-6 different saunas (each different in some way), 3 different pools, showers, relaxation rooms, and more. Massages and the like are available for an extra (small) fee. I don't make it to Poland very often, but this is one location that I will go out of my way to visit every time.

Beautiful building with fabulous rooms. Ours had a bathtub which was a great treat after a long days drive on the motorbike.
The spa could only be accessed naked so unless you are prepared to show all I would not advise staying here.
Surrounding area has nothing to look at

Such a surprise, didn’t know what to expect but the facilities are just amazing. So much to enjoy, spa treatments of every kind, saunas of every temperature, beer on tap and great salads for lunch (we didn’t try anything else) and of course, being naked in what is such a normal environment which is a novelty for us Brits, doesn’t take long to settle in! We will definitely be coming back...

I visited that place already twice. Most likely I will come again. It's a great experience. I mainly enjoy the spa. It's possible to have a friend in pool bar. Then plenty of different saunas and also sauna rituals.

Great apartment with wonderful whirlpool bath for 2, fully equipped. Perfect spa center, saunas, special body treatments.
NOTE: if you are planning a dinner here, mind that the restaurant is in the non-textile area.

First of all, what you need to know is that this is not a regular hotel. It's mainly a spa with some hotel rooms to let. Most people are there for the spa, and walk around on slippers in bathrobes or towels, and like in most spas baths and saunas are to be taken in nudity. So let that be clear in the front, so you know what to expect.

The hotel itself is nice but a bit dark in hallways (and especially in the spa). It is neat and clean, and the rooms all seem fine and modern. Each room has its private en-suite bathroom with a very modern massage shower, toilet and washbowl. The room has airconditioning and a flatscreen tv and a very small hallway with a cupboard and hangers for the included bathrobes. The rooms seem quite well sound-proof, we have heard very little noise of other guests. Since it's a spa, it obviously mainly attracts a calmer clientele, so no noisy teenagers or students there anyway. Everyday our beds were made and towels were exhanged, even though we did not put the sign on the door to do so. Free wifi is available throughout the entire hotel, and it's really stable and fast. No complaints there.

We used this hotel to make daily visits to Auschwitz, Krakow and Katovice and that was fine. It's on the outskirts of Katovice, so i recommend this hotel only if you have a car available (we rented one at the airport for a few euros per day). A great Pro of this hotel is that after a long day walk, you can go down to the spa at any time (till 22:00 that is) to relax, lounge and swim at no additional charge.

If you're booking this hotel for its outdoor swimming pool, you'll be somewhat disappointed and maybe this is not the right hotel for you. The outdoor pool is a small one (+- 5x3 meters) and is mainly used to cool down after a sauna. There is a larger pool inside that's about 10x5 meters where you can even swim some 'lanes'. The spa and pools are not ideal for children: the baths are not intended for play-use, just to bath and swim a bit.

I read in other reviews that the breakfast was bad, but i can't concur to that. Breakfast was fine as far as i'm concerned, but don't expect a fancy breakfast with croisants or pain chocolat or stuff like that. There is a large selection of toppings available with several different cheeses and meat. Yes, there is instant-coffee at the buffet, but they have fresh coffee for free at the bar at your request. Scrambled eggs have to be ordered at the bar as well and they make them fresh for you. Breakfast times are a bit strange anyway. Some days it's from 7-10, other days it's from 9:15-11:00 without any explanation. And for some reason during the weekend it's down at the spa, while weekdays it's on the first floor.

There is room for improvements. The hotel and especially the spa is very shoddy ('fake'). The colourful LED lightning is not a plus, it sometimes feels a bit like a wh... house. And there is only very few staff that speaks English, and if they do it is very, very basic English. What i also missed was a simple flyer in the bedroom with information about the stay, f.e. the opening hours of the spa, breakfast times (and location), costs of additional services (such as massages, beerbath and the solarium), checkout times, etc. To get this information is very hard if staff only speaks Polish, as we found out ourselves.

So in all it suited our needs nicely. For us (2 friends), it was an ideal fallout location towards the sightseeing locations we visited, it was price worthy and had the spa as a bonus. But i wouldn't recommend this hotel for families or youth under the age of 25.

Didn’t expect it, but bloody loved it!! Belter of a hotel, great massage, fantastic chicken salad and the facilities are just marvellous! Receptionist is also very helpful and a pleasure to talk to! All in all 10/10 for me - I’ll be back - never been to a spar quite like it!
