Such a surprise, didn’t know what to expect but the facilities are just amazing. So much to enjoy, spa treatments of every kind, saunas of every temperature, beer on tap and great salads for lunch (we didn’t try anything else) and of course, being naked in what is such a normal environment which is a novelty for us Brits, doesn’t take long to settle in! We will definitely be coming back...

Didn’t expect it, but bloody loved it!! Belter of a hotel, great massage, fantastic chicken salad and the facilities are just marvellous! Receptionist is also very helpful and a pleasure to talk to! All in all 10/10 for me - I’ll be back - never been to a spar quite like it!

Spent a couple of days here the spa attracted us bedrooms small but with all the things you would need staff very friendly and helpful. didn't get 5 stars as we felt that the breakfast and food was not quite up to the standards expected from a hotel of this stature and price all edible but expected just a little more saying that would go there again the spa was great

Beautiful building with fabulous rooms. Ours had a bathtub which was a great treat after a long days drive on the motorbike. The spa could only be accessed naked so unless you are prepared to show all I would not advise staying here. Surrounding area has nothing to look at

I visited that place already twice. Most likely I will come again. It's a great experience. I mainly enjoy the spa. It's possible to have a friend in pool bar. Then plenty of different saunas and also sauna rituals.

Really enjoyed our visit. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, kitchenette adequate and the bathroom had coloured lights and a whirlpool bath. Good range of food for breakfast. There are shops nearby if you self cater. Staff friendly. Note there is no lift and quite a lot of stairs. What we loved and had attracted us to book here was the spa in the basement. To see more detail check out their YouTube videos, but there are 5 saunas, 3 steam rooms, thermal bath, laconium, small swimming pools, gym (bring kit) plus you can pay for various massages and treatments. Outside are hot tubs and an unheated pool. In the summer there is an outside sunbathing area with another pool. Note that bathing costumes are not permitted. We were fine with that, but it might not suit everyone. You are asked to wear a robe or towel in the corridors and bar area. Palac Saturna is located in a residential area near the site of the former Saturna coal mine. A short walk away is the interesting Saturna Museum and the outstanding Galeria Elektrownia, an industrial museum and modern art gallery. You can reach the hotel by bus from Katowice. 911 passes Palac Saturna and stops outside the museum. The more frequent 11 and 61 stop at 'Raymondo' and you cross the road and walk over the bridge. A taxi would be about 20zl. Will stay for longer next time and would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed here 4 nights. One of the nights was a national holiday and the hotel was closed; except for us. The ensured that the night watchman was here and arranged for our breakfast the next day and were very concerned that we were OK. The staff was lovely the entire stay. Food at the restaurant downstairs was very good, along with the fabulous Monika who took such great care of us and recommended our main dishes every night! Breakfast was plentiful and our scrambled eggs were perfect! The spa is well equipped with multiple saunas, steam and a huge whirlpool that feels like an underground grotto. We had two massages each that were wonderful. Highly recommend as a wonderful relaxing getaway.

Great apartment with wonderful whirlpool bath for 2, fully equipped. Perfect spa center, saunas, special body treatments. NOTE: if you are planning a dinner here, mind that the restaurant is in the non-textile area.

Big, Nice room. Be aware that you cannot just og for a meal, you must enter through the spa and wear nothing but a robe. Could use some more information in English in the spa, not good for tourists really. We were promised a lunch Box instead of breakfast due to early check-out but this was not arranged for us. Since the only bar is in the spa there should be a mini bar available. Fortunaltely there is a 24-hour shop NeXT door. Nice receptionists, but only one who spoke English. The beer spa procedure was really Nice. Recommended!
