This is very long over due so apologies. I stayed in this hotel early may in the first week. I was getting married to a polish girl and I had family flying into the country and all staying at the hotel. The first to arrive was my godfather who during his stay had to visit the local hospital a few times. He said the hotel reception was lovely and they organised a taxi for him and to be picked up once he was finished. On his first night we went to the restaurant and we both had the farmera burger. We both had this burger and loved it, I highly recommend for any guest to try it. Two days later the rest of my family arrived where they were all in a very timely manner were checked in and shown to their rooms, the only issue they had wit their rooms were the key cards stopped working for some and had to get them set u again, no one minded. The night before the wedding all of my family and friends ate in the restaurant which again 80% of them got the farmera burger from my recommendation. shortly after our meal we all started to drink, now We are all Irish so we drank a lot. It was about midnight and the bar in the restaurant was closing so the receptionist offered us to use the lobby and we were able to bring booze from the nearby shop, and she even gave us shot glasses to which of course we did use and we drank a lot. we got rowdy, bit messy but we cleaned up after ourselves. Nothing bad was said by the receptionist they honesty never minded but smiled at us quite often. Wedding day itself! the wedding was not in the hotel but away. on the morning I had to be ready at 12:00 as the photographers were coming. I rang reception and asked was it possible for someone to clean the room before they arrived. 20 mins later the room was clean. Once all pictures were done we were off. A few days later when guests were checking out they all could not get over the hotel and found everything was well organised. so here is a brief overview... The room (209) - clean, modern, mini fridge in the room with snacks but i never used the snacks i did buy my own. aircon was good if u left it running for a while but did the job. the window viewed a main dual carriage way but honestly it never bothered me and slept fine. Beds were very comfy and extremely soft. Location- I chose this hotel for a few reasons as I have stayed in Bedzin loads of times and know the area. It has a 24hr kfc, McDonald's, petrol station all a 2 minute walk from hotel, a huge shopping centre (M1) which has everything you may want or need. Overview - I love this hotel and am travelling to Poland again in January but my wife has decided to stay in a cheaper option for our stay. We will be back again in July and will be 100% staying here again. …

A good business hotel, professional service, comfortable rooms, great internet service. Easy to get to, just out of main highway. Two restaurant on site, one very good. Parking is not so easy, but all the rest is businesslike.

I went there during a business trip, as most of the guest there. It was recommended by a colleague of mine, and it wasn't disappointing at all. Clean and neatly done. Awesome room and nice breakfast. I'd say I'd recommend it to anyone.

Very comfortable clean rooms with large bathroom including nice big shower Friendly staff, nice food at the restaurant (grill) but should be a bit renovated with better aeration to avoid grill smell/fumes.

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly service. The best was the breakfast with big choice and tasty local food. Location near main roads but this is the only advantage of it. Beside shopping centre M1 there is nothing to visit in close neighbourhood.

Mostly, the food is very good. Soups and main dishes are decent show good level of value for money. My only gripe is the dessert - chocolate mousse which was overly sweet and made with 90/10 proportions (90% butter or some other fat and 10% chocolate). It was barely a mousse to mention a chocolate one.

Officially it is a 4* hotel, however, it does not feel like it. The room was not bad, clean and modern, the reception staff was OK. Unfortunately, this hotel is located next to a shopping mall and a busy motorway, which means it is very noisy at night. Additionally, the food quality (both breakfast and in the hotel restaurant) was far below average even for a 3* place.

Good hotel. Rooms are clean and ordered. Friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast is fine and complete. Only negative note was that I received a room without conditioner and was very hot, this also if I was a frequently guest.

Used mainly by business people. Close to major towns and airport. I used Grill and was impressed by quality and variety of food on menu. Nice patio for relaxed evenings. Friendly and professional staff - Borys at the bar is very friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend. Centrum Handlowe M1 shopping mall over the road is worth a stroll - open until 9.00pm in the week.
