The hotel has a small free parkingplace. Ample parking space under the hotel but... cost you € 7,- pd. It is rather dark for only half of the lights are switched on. Information at the desk is poor. You have to find out yourself or in the leaflet in the room. The room at the back of the hotel is...

We came at the hotel afternoon. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel but we were told that the restaurant was fully booked. They recommended us a restaurant in Braunlage which was probably the worst ever place in all Germany. We asked them two connected rooms if not possible, two rooms next to each other. The rude receptionist having...

Relexa is located on the outskirts of Braunlage in quiety surroundings. The rooms are nice, the restaurant is good and the indoor swimmingpool just great. The hotel is ideal for people WHO wants to go biking at the Wurmberg, and offers lockers for bikes. It is also a very quiet and cosy hotel for a Holiday.

Very quit location. Somewhat outside of town (1 km of the centre of Braunlage) but that shouldn't be an issue when your coming to the Harz area to make some nice walks or MTB tours. In winter time the cable way is at about 500m. We found it better than staying in the town centre. The hotel is very nice...

Having stayed at Relaxa for almost a week for Mountainbike vacationing, I find it hard to fund anything negative to say about the place. It suited our needs perfectly and with decent price, location right on the foot of Wurmberg and a nice standard + fitness, spa and pool, I can ensure that we will be back!

The hotel's location is perfect for outdoor activities. We went mountain biking in the area for a weekend and the hotel was great for that. The property is well kept and looked after all around with well-sized rooms. The breakfast buffet was very rich and of excellent quality & freshness. The dinner we had was ok, not bad, but nothing...

We stayed 2 adults and 1 child (10 years of age) in the hotel during february 2013 and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is situated in the outskirts of the small and cosy village Braunlage (500 m. above sea level). The village is an eldorado of small shops, restaurants and cafés. The village has an ice skating stadion...

Our only contact with the hotel was on the phone, but it was sufficient to cause big deception for our wedding-anniversary. The 5 days story: I booked through the internet a "Wellness for two" on Monday, called on Tuesday to know if they got it and to say my wife and I would come on Friday after 22:oo. No problem,...
