We stayed in Hotel Bayrischer Hof just after they reopened after the Covid-19 closure during a bike holiday. The hotel is clean, the room has everything you need, they have a garage to savely park bikes and the service was good. The location in the middle of Freising is perfect. Breakfast was good, but very little fruits and vegetable options and lots of mini plastic containers. But this might be just a result of Covid-19 restrictions.

Dear Diana Maria, thank you very much for your honest and helpful feedback. We are very happy that our hotel with its facilities have met your expectation as a cyclist! We tried very hard to adapt our breakfast offer to the templates but we of course will continuously improve the presentation of the items. Sincerely, Franziska from the reception

It’s ok. The staff answered my questions placed during the booking process quickly. I asked for and got a second pillow, no problem. Breakfast was fine. But on returning from dinner at a local restaurant, there were 3 people smoking right outside the door, which is set back several meters from the street and in a sort of mini arcade (therefore no air circulation) and I had to walk through a great cloud of smoke to enter the hotel. This really put me off and I won’t be back.

Dear 556KateH, thank you for your helpful feedback! I am really sorry, that the smoking area put you off. I would like to apologize for this inconvenience. We will definately work on an improvment. Since you had positive experiences in our hotel anyway, I would be very happy about a second chance for us to convince you! I would be very plased if you would visit us again when you come to Freising! Sincerely, Franziska from reception

Due to a booking error we had to find a hotel and fast in our trip to Munich. This hotel was such a nice surprise. Charming location, fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, and clean, spacious rooms. This was a night's stay after a long trip and it was so relaxing staying here we will do it again on our next trip to Bavaria. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for the last night of our trip, and it was one of the best we stayed in, extremely friendly staff, comfortable quiet room. Lovely breakfast. We stayed in a room at the front of the hotel in the first floor, there was no noise at all from the outside, when the windows are shut. Great shower and a good sized room. We parked our car in the hotel car park, we were driving an Audi A6 estate and had absolutely no problem getting into the car park from the road, yes it’s a smallish alley at the side of the hotel, but is absolutely no problem if you have a driving licence, not one borrowed for the day. After reading reviews we were thinking it would be difficult, it was not, in fact easy. Reception staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

A perfect last stop on a road trip in the Alps. Good and friendly service, good breakfast, especially the bread. Parking in the hotel garage. Splendid for walking to the beer gardens of the Hofbraukeller, Weihenstephan and the Dom. Shopping and cafes nearby. Convenient for railway station. 15 minutes drive to Munich airport, but not noisy. Nice room, fine bathroom.
