We happened upon this medieval village after taking the auto ferry from Konstanz and immediately fell in love with its quaint, half timbered structures and castles. The name of the town literally means "castle". The 3 Stuben was a lovely hotel - well decorated and charming. The staff was wonderful and accomodating to us - as we arrived with no... More

Good comfortable, quiet room in an attractive old building, only negative point the room was hot - an addition of a fan would have been good, although it was nice to have a minibar with cold drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and choice.

This hotel is right on the edge of the pedestrianised town centre. The car parking is in a reserved space of a public car park only 15 metres away from the front door. The room we had overlooked the street so we could watch the tourists come and go to the Information Centre across the street. The food was typical... More

Home from home; this hotel is very comfortable, and all the staff have been very friendly throughout our stay. I can very confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break in scenic Meersburg. I will definitely stay here again! The hotel is wonderfully quiet at night, which makes for a fantastic quality of sleep.

We spent three nights at this hotel earlier this month. The hotel is in a good location, on the edge of the old town, everything is walkable, although you will need to be fairly fit as some of the slopes are pretty steep. We really enjoyed our stay the hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. We were in... More

The staff are excellent and welcoming and the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The hotel location is such that it is a short stroll to all of the old part of the upper town - and several restaurants in this area. Be warned that if you want to spend time at the lake, it is a fairly significant... More

This hotel is located on the upper old town area and is easy to everything.. You will get exercise walking g up and down the hill. But worth it. Parking is available and the staff some of the nicest we have encountered. The rooms are ok size but very clean and the bath plenty big. The bar and bartender downstairs... More

The 3 Stuben is easy to find as it is the first hotel as you enter Meersburg from the top of the town. The welcome is professional and the rooms clean. I had a ground floor room, no. 8, it was quiet and spacious with a good bathroom. BUT it was so gloomy, I do like a little light in... More

A very clean room (109) with nice light and attractive, contemporary furnishings in a historical building in upper town. Good wifi. Can be a bit noisy (not a problem for us but if you are sensitive to street noise you might request a room away from the street sides. Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Wonderful European breakfast... More

Stayed with my family one night in two rooms. Beautiful rooms, very nicely furnished with a lot of attention to all the small details. Refrigerator in room filled with soft drinks. Excellent location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
