I booked more or less the last hotel rooms in Traben-Trarbach for a business group of 10 persons at Park Hotel. I was a little bit concerned that I did't get own rooms for everybody and some of the younger employees had to share a family room. I was, however, positively surprised with the size of the family rooms and...

The service friendly and cheerful, if somewhat haphazard. The salad was forgotten and when it did arrive it contained peppers which I had specifically asked to be excluded. We went to the restaurant because of the location and the interesting menu. We had a pleasantly located table in the front of the hotel. The food was not good the tomato...

From the moment we walked in the door of this hotel we were made to feel very welcome, both of the sisters who run the hotel speak excellent English, much better than our pigeon German. Our room was really big and on the first floor overlooking the Mosel. We were staying for the Wine Festival which took place across the...

I wanted a moderate-priced hotel in the Mosel valley with WiFi and an elevator, and the Parkhotel filled the bill perfectly. My room overlooked the river, which was nice; it was large and had a good bath. Traben-Trarbach is a typical tourist oriented village with lots of shops and restaurants. I had some meals in the hotel's restaurant, which served...

I cannot thank enough the reception staff especially Stephanie who helped me contact the rental car company and taxi when I had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon on a two-lane road in the forest. Claudia and Stephanie are both friendly, pleasant, speak good English and professional. Hotel has restaurant, parking, free wifi that sometimes work in the room...

This was a great palace to stay as a family of five. We received such a warm welcome from Stefanie, who also helped us with bike hire and spoke excellent English. The family room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of cheeses, meats, fruits and cakes at breakfast time. In a great location with lovely...

We arrived at the hotel and asked for a room. Unfortunately they were almost fully booked. The lady at the reception offered to call co-Hotels for availability in the same price range > now this is service! Due to unavailability elsewhere, she offered a smaller double room in the attic (normally a single room). We enjoyed our stay, had a...

Whenever I visit the old hometown with my mother who is in her 90's, I stay at the Park Hotel. It offers handicap access unlike many other establishments in the area. It is very important that the walk from the parking area to the lobby is short. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are great and offer a wonderful selection...

A warm welcome despite arriving later than planned. The room was very nice although the bathroom was very cramped, but this isn't a chain of identical Accor hotels. We had perfect wifi connection but we were at the office end of the first floor. Breakfast and dinner were both extremely good quality and value. Drinks on the terrace were very...

Nice, big room, bathroom a bit on the small side. Staff very nice, providing us with an upgrade to a room with a view of the Mosel, free of charge. Free parking for our car. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with lovely local products. The hotel had a beautiful terrace with a view of the Mosel: we spent our evenings there,...
