Hestkær Family Rooms - The place where kids can play while parents relax Check in at the old school, where all rooms are very large family rooms, full of facilities for children and adults, both in the rooms and the many common areas inside and out. There is for example several playgrounds, petting zoo, mini golf, pool table, lots of gaming consoles and much much more. We promise you a stay you and your family never will forget.
we stay at this magical place for only 3 days. from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the kids desappear (we have four)and let us(the parents) to completely relax! the room ate fun cozy and have toys and object feom the theme you chose. We stay in the chemistry room it was in a quite spot of the property sec away from a play room with playstation and pool table. they have a commun kitchen where u can use all the plates and utensiles. they have an awsome bbq area rigth next the outdoor play area where ur kids can play while u relax in the hammoc. is close to lots of attivities (legoland, lalandia Wow park and more) We will definatelly make a tradition trip as i absolutelly adored this place!!!

We are a family of 5 traveling with 2 small kids and this place meet all our requirements, we loved this place ! Unfortunately there was not availability for all our vacation days so we only stated here 3 nights. Check in was easy and simple and the rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. Shower had a good pressure and was quite relaxing . Due to covid restrictions they could not serve breakfast but there is a very good mini market 1 km away and they provide all the tableware and cutlery for us to have a nice meal ( you need to leave it on the dishwasher afterwards) There are a lot of activities to do but the main ones we used were the mini golf, ping pong and the Nintendo/ ply station games. Kids also loved the trampolines while we stayed on the confortable hamacs. Overall it was great !

We’ve just returned from a brilliant relaxing stay with our family. So much for our children to do, spacious and clean accommodation and friendly owners. The buses to the airport/Lego are very efficient and good value.
We loved the fact that there are lots of outside games/equipment as well as the indoor play and games rooms.
The communal kitchen has everything you need :)

Had an awesome time here with the children. I felt safe, there was lots of activities for the children and it was spacious. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment with loft and kitchenette. The apartment had a pool table, PlayStation and Lego table for the children inside. My crew had an amazing time. Outside there were rabbits and goats, swings, an obstacle course and so much more including go karts etc. Christian is awesome and really made us feel welcome. There is a shop a few minutes away where you can buy food items. There were other families staying there who we were able to acquaint ourselves with. I will certainly come back on my next trip to Billund.

We recommend this accomodation especially for the families with children. Lot of activities indoors and outdoors. Well equipped Large Kitchen. Ideal place for travelling around southern Denmark. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Brilliant place to stay with children, so much for them to do. The shared kitchen was great, it had everything you could need in there and was never busy. The host was very friendly and gave us a fantastic swimming pool recommendation! Would absolutely recommend this as somewhere to stay when visiting Legoland.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. Our kids (4 and 5) loved it. There is so much to play with outside and indoor. The owner is really nice and helpful. The apartment was very big and clean and there were toys as well. Location is great for Billund as well as other places like Esbjerg. We would absolutely go back there if we have the oppertunity!

Everything was great. it was litterally one of the best camping spots that we have visit. And if you talk with our kids, it is THE BEST. the main idea, was visiting Legoland and use the camping for sleeping. But the kids have such a good time, that we have to convinced them to go to Legoland 🤣

Really nice place near legoland. We stayed in a tent for a night. We were 3 people and payed a total of 60 €. Really appreciated the comfy beds and the nice staff 😊 if you get the chance l, make sure to stay there!

Very good value for the price! Excellent playing activities and such a nice coyntryside athmosphere. :) Not far away from legolandia or Lalandia. We took a buss to get here, and needed to walk some minutes on the roadside with fast traffic on the road but it was ok. Even easier would be to get here by own or rented car.
