I was a bit nervous travelling to an unfamiliar part of Melbourne but I felt better when greeted by polite and friendly hotel staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are big, well appointed and perfect for a business trip. I like that it's located right next to a shopping centre - easy to grab some food for a... More

After having an absolutely superb meal at the in house restaurant we headed up to our room for a good night sleep after our long journey. It was not long before we found we were subjected to constant pumping sounds that at times got that loud the light fittings vibrated and joined in to make it even worse. When I... More

Decided to make this hotel our first stop since it was located near to the airport and also had lots of convenient facilties nearby. We had a standard room. Room was clean and the toilet was huge especially the standing shower area. The lake beside the hotel was lovely to take a stroll in the evenings to feed the ducks.... More

Booked this hotel for three nights as my sons were playing in a soccer tournament, and to save the drive from Mornington Peninsula each day. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were lovely. Carparking is in the shop carpark, which suited me. The room was GREAT! We had a Queen bed and fold out sofabed. My husband ended... The hotel is quite surprising in size and has many areas to suit all tastes with a lovely outlook over the lake. It has a sportsbar and function rooms, cafe and dining areas. The hotel room itself was lovely with a king size bed and a balcony with a nice outdoor setting. The bathroom is very large and roomy as... More

Spent the weekend at this hotel to visit relatives. The hotel and rooms are modern with all the facilities. Rooms with a view of the lake cost a bit more. Meals were good but expensive and so was the alcohol, nearly $20 for a glass of white wine and a beer. The walk around the lake is a must do,... More

Stayed here 3 nights for a wedding at Lakeside Reception Centre. The rooms were nice and spacey, clean and has all you would need. Staff at reception were consistently helpful and nothing too much trouble , would stay here again in a heartbeat .

For this location what a great property. The rooms are finished of very well, typical Accor standard. Check in was very quick and in the room in a very quick time. I did visit the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The food was very good with plenty on the plate (well done). For a work reason this is a... More

The Hotel was very good value for money but a little disappointed we were not able to use my Accor Advantage Plus card for discount meals and only found this out when we arrived which this was one of the main reason we stayed there.
