We made a last minute booking and were not disappointed. We had already spent a week in Riccione (bike hotel) and wanted to cycle in a different area. The riding was superior to that in Riccione and a completely different experience. From a hotel which caters for the masses to a small personal hotel catering for individual needs. We stayed... From the website you are lead to believe that this is a boutique bed and breakfast, this falls far short in reality. The rooms are badly finished with very little light and felt damp. The organic products which were supposed to be left in the bathroom were cheap low level and sparse. My boyfriend and i were left one sachet... More

We chose the "Cotton and wool apartment", that is made by a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom and two double rooms. The apartment is on the first floor of an ancient building of Castel San Giovanni village, you have to do narrow and steep stairs to reach it. I've seen a room in the village that is on... More

I choose Torre della Botonta because I found it on the Internet and felt it was a nice, clean, stylish and warm place to spend our Easter holiday in with the family, and when we got there.....it was exactly what we had expected. The place has history and the rooms have been decorated with a lot of good taste. Spoleto... More

My wife, her sisters and I stayed at this B&B for six nights in March. We occupied the Hemp room and the Silk room. Both rooms were beautifully furnished; the website photos were accurate depictions of the rooms. We chose Torre Della Botonta as a base to explore the Umbria region. The town of Castel San Giovanni is located near... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
... more   less
