We were looking quite late for a room near Crail and found a great accomodation in the neighbouring Kingsbarns. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. Our room had a great size and comfortable bed. A big plus was that there was no carpet in the bathroom. Breakfast was great with fresh seasonal fruits, cereals, yoghurt, jams and cooked breakfast.

Jim and Jayne very nice friendly welcoming couple, make you feel at home right away. Very nice house, they have three rooms, one twin and two doubles. The room I was in, was very clean, smart and tidy. Large double bed, tea/coffee maker, TV with plenty of channels to choose from, free Wi-Fi, ironing board, plenty of drawer space. Large... More

Jayne and Jim were amazingly hospitable and could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. Lots of hot water. Good wifi. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit as well as all the other typical fare. Can't wait to go back there!

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at this lovely little B&B, whilst attending the Dunhill Links Golf at St Andrews and Kingsbarns. Jim and Jayne were the usual perfect hosts, and once again, couldn't do enough to please all their guests. We stayed in the Blue Room this year, the past 2 years weve... More

Stayed in this brilliant B & B whilst in the area. What a lovely, friendly welcome from Jayne and Jim. The gold room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to perfection, with a great selection. Will be back!

Had a terrific weekend break at Kingsbarns B&B. Lovely clean and bright rooms. Breakfasts were out of this world. Stayed here with my wife and dog and our two friends with their dog. Ten minute walk to a lovely quiet, sandy beach. Good restaurant and pub just across the road. We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. D and E, Grangemouth

My wife and I stayed here for two nights from 5th September. Clean and comfortable with a friendly welcome. Breakfast was great - quality food including perfect poached eggs! Great value for money. Certainly worth a visit.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Kingsbarns where we had a wonderful time. The room was extremely comfortable and the hosts were friendly, welcoming and understanding when our dog misbehaved upon arrival! They could not have been more helpful and served up a great breakfast. The location is excellent, being a short pretty walk from a... More

I had stayed at this Kingsbarns bed and breakfast before so was thoroughly looking forward to my week long stay whilst in the area for The Open Golf Tournament. The location is just a pleasant 10 minute drive from St Andrews and a warm welcome awaits from Jim and Jayne Mitchell. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed... More
