I'm not quite sure if I should even refer to this place as a hotel... it's more of a broken backstreet historic hellhole. I and 15 friends recently stayed here for a week and unfortunately departed 2 laptops, 1 speaker, 1 GoPro, an iPad, an iPod and £2000 lighter. We were robbed in the 'comfort' of our own rooms. There... More

It is truly a shame how this accommodation is run. It seems every employee is part of the not-my-job department and anyone staying here shouldn't expect even the slightest hint of helpfulness from either the front desk, security, or one of the many people sent to 'fix' problems with your room. It started with he check-in, which took over 40... More

You get what you pay for, so if you want a ski-to-the door apartment which is adjacent to the excellent Prosneige ski school and brilliantly placed for many of the popular chairlifts in the resort then this is the place for you. It's fairly basic, not luxurious, but it's functional, warm and with a supermarket & ski shop within the... More

We were two families travelling together with five young children between us. The minute we arrived into the reception we knew we were in trouble. It was like freshers week at uni!! We queued amidst the hoards of teenagers to be told that our apartments were at opposite ends of the complex, although having booked it a year in advance... More

Went with uni ski trip so had to handle a lot of students. Very good for this, and lot of security to try and keep our noise down past 10. Ideal location, leading straight onto the slope and accessible from all the major lifts, folie douce, the centre and bar 360. Very good working hob and microwave and kettle. No... More

My daughter and many friends have had their rooms broken into and many hundreds of pounds worth of goods stolen, no one at the apartments seem to give be interested in the thefts that started through the night and have continued into the afternoon, great customer service and care for people who have spent good money with them. And can't... More

We arrived at the accommodation reception to be greeted by hoards of drunken teenagers apparently drinking vodka and other hard liquor directly from the bottle. That set the tone for our week in Val Thorens - generally expensive, generally down market. The common areas of the accommodation were tired and worn. The only evidence of cleaning was a woman with... More

When reading the reviews i didn’t have high hopes for this accommodation but when i arrived (at 3am) i was pleasantly surprised! The staff were welcoming and friendly even though it was late at night. The hotel itself has a strange layout but anyone who as been to VT before would have experienced this due to most hotels being on... More

The only reason this place isn't rated terrible by us was it's location which was great, right on slope side. The room was much as many studios in France, coin mantagne bunk beds, tiny kitchenette and a lounge/studio with a small balcony. The room was grimy and very tired, cracked toilet bowl, filthy stained carpets so not the greatest start... More
