Loved this hotel everything about it was great very trendy and laidback vibe. All the staff are very young and full of energy which gives the hotel a real buzz. Jasper & Victor behind the bar are great front of house staff making us feel at home all week spoiling us. Loved the pizza oven in the bar was great option if didnt want a big meal. All in all i cant fault anything 10/10 i will return.

Myself and friends stayed in this hotel last week and we are extremely disappointed with our visit. Although the location is great, this does not exempt from the fact that there were too many issues which I have outlined below: - Smell of dead mice aswell as dead mice at the side of the hotel - Sheets weren't cleaned all week despite red wine and makeup stains and asking twice to have them changed (Shouldn't even have to ask) - Had to request clean towels every day because new ones weren't allocated - No phones in the room so you had to go downstairs to ask any questions or get room service - Reception closed from 11am-3pm everyday so if there was any issues on anything, you had to wait. - Night staff (if there are any) neglected to the fact that there was a young Guy banging on our door repeatedly for 5 hours leaving us sleeping in chaos. When we complained about this, we got a half sympathetic apology but that was it. To add to the above, the staff forgot to charge us for the final night of the stay and 2 days later unexpectedly took 315E out of my account before alerting me. If you want a trip with professionalism, hygiene and cleanliness, don't go near this place.

Had a great stay at the Tango in March. Friendly staff and easy to ski in and out. Boot room was very busy and occasionally no room to store boots or skis if you are one of the last to return from the slopes. It can get a bit wet on the floor in there so recommend some shoes to change in to one the boots are off! Breakfast was good quality with interesting choices. The evening meals are done in 2 sittings to accommodate all the guests 6:15 and 8:15- we found that too early and a bit late but they can swap you around if there’s room on either sitting. Food in the evening could have done to have been a bit warmer but on the whole tasty with 3 courses. Our room was spacious with a balcony. The shower was good, plenty of hot water but the water tended to encroach towards the sink and toilet. A long handled wiper was provided so I think they know there is an issue with this bathroom. As mentioned in previous reviews there is a smell in the lift and some communal areas- maybe this is wet carpet? It didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the hotel anyway! Would recommend this hotel and the skiing in Val Thorens - as terminal intermediate skiers there was plenty to keep us happy and good connections to the 3 valleys.

Great week. Good food, brilliant friendly staff and good location. Breakfast selection is good, and the 3 course diner was excellent every evening. The bar can get busy during the 8 - 10 happy hour, but the staff are great and the atmosphere friendly. The only negative is the drainage smell in all of the bathrooms that our group occupied (201, 301 & 401).

Came here a few times with friends for a few drinks before heading back to our chalet for dinner. Drinks are moderately priced for the Alps. Good drinks, busy bar, lovely decor. I would come back for a few drinks if I was in Val T again! Quite far from the slopes but one of the nicest hotels I would say in Val T! Food portions are quite small but tasty!
