Had a great week skiing and relaxing in the catered chalet. The Helen and Katie were great, with excellent food and attention to detail. The position of the chalet was good for competent skiers when the snow is in good condition and the living area was big enough for 13. A great place for a group of friends or a...

We were 5 persons in an apartment which accommodates up to 6 persons. I'll start off with the good things (since there are fewer of these) - the kitchen is well equipped with both cooking and dining dishes, also the spa is nice. For the bad stuff - what isn't mentioned is that the 5th and 6th guests will be...

Having read some other reviews of this place before writing my own, I agree that the ski-in is definitely only for more experienced skiers, as the final 200 meters down the slope are very steep. However it was no problem for me. The staff was friendly and efficient enough, the pool and sauna were crowded but really nice after a...

I stayed over in this property- the staff provided very nice service. Several issues to be considered though: Pros: 1. Nearby grocery store 2. Nearby rental and ski/snowboard stores 3. Descent Spa 4. Nice jacuzzi bathtub at the house 5. Nearby 2 nice restaurants Cons: 1. Location is very far from the city centre, literally the last point in town....

I was here with friends for the week. We ski, hike and snowboard. It was a great place, with a free spa on the spot, you only have to show your room key to visit, and in the swimming pool you got a great view. The slopes are easely to reach, walking, a shuttlebus or by lift. The appartments are...

We stayed as a group of 8 in an 8 berth apartment - one double, two twins and two on sofa beds. The accommodation is OK but a bit tired and the kitchen area a little too small to cater for 8 daily. We ordered baguettes and croissants to the apartment each morning which made life easier, and there was...

We stayed 7 persons for a week. Lift didn't work, wifi is terrible and if your ski level its no advance you haver a great problem to return apartments. There are in val thorens more apartaments cheaper than this and very confortables.

Stayed her with a family of 5 for Christmas week 2016, and we would consider staying again, but it far from perfect. The pro's: Great view and reasonably equipped mini kitchen, overall condition is acceptable and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. You can ski in/out, but skiing in at the end of the day is easy only...

I was travelling in a group of 6 friends for a week of skiing. We looked at many hotels but decided to spend a bit of extra money in order to stay in a nice apartment. Unfortunately the stay did not live up to expectations. We notified the hotel that we would be checking in late due to our flight...

As with most of the reviews ,I have to agree that the chalets are tired and at times noisey and rather smaller than they appear on Crystal's web site, but after staying in balcons 3 last week I can only praise the Crystal team in resort , our chalet hosts Bo , Ben and Callum were fantastic, they provided a...
